Special Containment Procedures: SCP-ZZZZ is to be kept in an airtight 2m x 2m x 2m 10cm thick steel room. The ingression to the Containment Chamber should have a triple lock and keys are to be kept hidden.

No personnel under Level 4 should be allowed access to SCP-ZZZZ, Any testing is to be first approved by O5 Council and Dr. ██████.

Description: SCP-ZZZZ is a painting of a pink feline that shows no limbs on its body, during the dormant state, the painting possesses no physical anomalous properties. The canvas seems to be composed of fabric commixed with a minute percentage of human matter, mainly bones shards. The paint is customary Sellman branded acrylic paint and shows no anomalous properties.

Event ZZZZ-A occurs at arbitrary intervals ranging from 5 minutes apart to 25 hours and lasts for approximately 75 seconds on average. During the event, the painting commences transforming the visual element within it, as the feline fades from a pink to a neutral purple color, while gradually beginning to smile, the smile elongates further than the jaw should be capable of doing in mundane beings and the smile stretches across the torso and head.

During event ZZZZ-A, personnel is not to make visual contact with the painting of the feline under any circumstances, vision through cameras is sanctioned.

Any person that has direct visual contact with the painting during event ZZZZ-A, will commence to forcefully smile. After 10 seconds of exposure, the subject will commence having their teeth stretched around the torso, head, and limbs. All injuries are permanent. Certain tests have revealed that a diminutively minuscule (No certain number) amount of subjects can survive the event. After which, will be a very painful recuperation and many surgeries.

SCP-ZZZZ was pristinely recuperated from a home in █████████, ███, Australia. After SCP personnel found the habitation, there were 2 bodies, both of which had been affected by event ZZZZ-A.

Addendum ZZZZ-01: Revelation has been made that depending on the time of exposure, alters how much injury occurs. Exposure must not be above 35 seconds to evade fatality.

Addendum ZZZZ-02: D-Class recall auricularly discerning voices in their heads afore injuries commence. Most commonly verbally expressing the sounds are: Felines, People yelling at them, children laughing, gunfire and certain noises from lamentable recollections of the D-Class personnel (Optically discern Incident ZZZZ-01)

Addendum ZZZZ-03: After several tests, one D-Class survived and was recuperated from his injuries, certain perpetual side effects were noted including Hallucinations, self-harm, endeavoring to reconstitute the injuries and melancholy.¹

D-4628 was exposed to SCP-ZZZZ, at first endeavoring to not visually examine it after reporting the homogeneous voices.
After objectively authorized to maintain ocular perceiver contact or face termination, D-4628 determinately optically canvassed SCP-ZZZZ and commenced to scream in agony as his jaw commenced cutting into his skin and around his torso, head, and limbs.

After the body was discovered, D-4628's organs were splattered inside the containment chamber.

D-4628 died several seconds later.
