Scp-XXXX: (WIP) Class: Euclid

Appearance:

Scp-XXXX is a Asian male in his early 20's in appearance and seems to be a normal human.
When X-rayed, researchers found a [DATA REDACTED] Embedded inside the left hemisphere of Scp-XXXX's brain. (Possibly the source of the ability)

Properties:

Scp-XXXX is able to influence almost anything living in a wide area, it is theorised that the "area of effect" is 11KM in radius, but 4M in height, the effect only seems to work if Scp-XXXX is fully conscious (if it is sleeping or knocked out, the effect will not take place) Scp-XXXX's influence reflects the current emotions of Scp-XXXX and makes anything living in the area of effect to display the same emotions as it, although they are actually extremely exaggerated, meaning if Scp-XXXX becomes just a tiny bit upset, nearby creatures will become depressed and/or suicidal (the effect does last but wears off in approximately two days). In testing Scp-XXXX's influence was able to affect other Scp's 94% of the time, meaning it could be a viable solution to breaches or an aggressive entity, this means it does have an immunity to the passive effects from other Entities, however Scp-XXXX has only a slight immunity to a select few, as in Scp-012's case, where instead of writing in blood, instead fell [DATA EXPUNGED] due to unknown reasons.

Containment:

Although Scp-XXXX is usually cooperative, Containment procedures are as follows:

  • Scp-XXXX is to be put under anaesthesia unless the entity wishes to use the utilities in its cell and is to be contained in a Faraday cage due to research showing that the effect uses radio-waves.
  • Basic amenities will be provided to Scp-XXXX to keep it neutral, although reasonable requests made by Scp-XXXX will be granted, requests made by Scp-XXXX to date are,

Request to have bookshelf (Granted),
Request for Birthday to be acknowledged (Granted),
Request to roam freely around the facility and permission to enter other entities cells (Granted due to Scp-XXXX's helpful nature, but must be escorted by at least four personnel and must wear an aluminium foil-lined jacket while roaming freely),
Request to have a laptop and connection to the internet(Denied).
