World governments are to be informed about SCP-6005 if pollution level reaches critical. So far this has only happened twice.

Description:
SCP-6005 is a Puffin showing extreme intelligence, almost higher than that of humans. SCP-6005 shows pure hatred to specific people, This has been traced to people who have polluted the ocean on purpose. SCP-6005 has had victims in the past. SCP-6005 does not harm its victims unless necessary, but instead dictates them on climate change. 90% Victims have shown immediate kindness to the environment, specifically the ocean. 10% of People who have been dictated by SCP-6005 have shown even more hatred to the ocean, those people have been punished by SCP-6005 with smoke coming from its nostrils, deadly enough to cause temporary minor diseases.

Discovery:
SCP-6005 was discovered on an iceberg on April 14th 2008 near Northern ████████, During Expedition ████████████. The iceberg housed housed 2 puffins. One specimen was a regular Atlantic Puffin while the other was SCP-6005. SCP-6005 immediately sparked conversation when the researchers arrived at the iceberg. A few days later SCP-6005 was taken to the foundation.
