William Afton requires a Pizzeria-like environment with sings of age and/or damage, to replicate just that of a 90s Pizzeria for minors.
Description:
William Afton is upon further investigation, an undead human being, which has been reported to be deceased upon being impaled by what the manufacturer, which has been reported to commit suicide, calls springs, after hiding in one of their mascots. The restaurant in question is called "Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria" located in the town of Hurricane, Utah located north east of St. George. Several cases of child abduction were held here. SCP-4023 was reported to be a co-owner to SCP-4023-1 and Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria
SCP-4023 is a decaying human body inside of an animatronic robot suit.
Behaviour:
SCP-4023 is only showing any signs of life and movement from the time 12:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Movement at any other time is extremely rare and such signs only happened 2 times.
From this time on 4023 is moving freely around It's enviroment. It pays attention to sound and if it hears a sound that is human, it will try to catch it and kill it. 4023 is able to speak. That means that an interview has been done.
During the interview, 4023 has been hinting at it's past family which only one member is alive of.

William Afton: Yes. They screamed and bled like mice. Those stupid kids caused me this pain.
Dr. Micheal █████: How could they cause you pain if the children were deceased?
William Afton: Their stupid souls. They came to kill me. I crawled into Bonnie and now look >at me.

Closing Statement: William Afton has revealed that he is indeed the owner or co-owner of Freddy Fazbear's. He also revealed that he committed the murders at said restaurant.
SCP-4023-1
Description
SCP-4023-1 is a dozen or so Animatronic Mascots that sing children nursery rhymes and move to the "Flow" of the song. Most of them seem to have souls or "remnant" (based on information found inside a burnt Freddy Fazbear's Pizza) which gives them their own thoughts and keeps them alive.

4023-1 are all, or most animatronics produced by "Afton Robotics" which was ran by William Afton and Henry Emily That means that they are to be kept in special containments each resembling their previous containment.
