SCP-3352 in containment.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3352 is to be kept in a locked container at all times. The entrance to SCP-3352's enclosure must be guarded by a rotation of three (3) armed class C personnnel, taking post at the entrance of the enclosure at times 0:00, 8:00, and 16:00. These guards are to be housed on site and provided with class C amenities. The key to the SCP-3352's enclosure is to be permanently held in Dr. █████'s office in an undisclosed location to prevent incidences of SCP-3352-01 from gaining access to SCP-3352's enclosure. Personnel on site are required to wear Class 3 Ear Protection at all times except in designated safe areas.

If the presence of SCP-3352-01 is detected within SCP-3352's enclosure, personnel are advised not to comply with the entity's demands, and may not enter SCP-3352's enclosure under any circumstances until the entity has been terminated or overseen by a higher clearance officer. Incidences of SCP-3352-01 outside of the containment site are to be terminated by any necessary means.

Description: SCP-3352 is a sentient Panasonic RC-75 Clock Radio primarly composed of wood grain, consumer-grade steel, and tempered glass. SCP-3352 is found to broadcast ceaselessly without the need of batteries or similar electrical source. SCP-3352 functions normally when interacted with outside of periods of anomalous activity. Attempts to block radio communication with SCP-3352 have proven futile. Broadcasts by SCP-3352 appear to be unaffected by physical barriers, can be heard within a one hundred (100) meter radius, and have anomalous effects within a one hundred (100) meter radius during active periods. SCP-3352's broadcasts cannot be traced, and do not correlate with any known radio broadcasting stations.

SCP-3352's anomalous properties manafest daily at time 1:08. At this time, the SCP-3352's broadcast switches to station AM 10.8 and begins an anomalous broadcast at anywhere between eighty five (85) and one hundred (100) dB. The content of this broadcast consists mostly of white noise and clippings of impassioned speeches given by televangelists and similar men of faith, usually pertaining to death and eternal life. This broadcast ceases at time 1:09, at which point SCP-3352 resumes normal activity. Attempts to prevent this activity by altering the time display have proven ineffective.

Upon hearing the broadcast, human subjects, hereafter known as SCP-3352-01, enter a state of agitated delirium until they are united with SCP-3352. Incidences of SCP-3352-01 are highly aggressive, and exhibit hysterical strength. Specimens of SCP-3352-01 will attempt to enter SCP-3352's enclosure using all force availale to them, and exhibit reduced response to pain stimuli. On skin contact with SCP-3352, incidences of SCP-3352-01 exhibit extreme possesive tendancies. Pacified instances of SCP-3352 are compliant with personnel, but will violently resist attempts to remove or damage SCP-3352, not ceasing aggressive tendancies until either SCP-3352-01 or the offending party is deceased. Incidences of SCP-3352-01 usually cease vital signs within three hours due to a range of symptoms including muscle tearing, heightened body temperature, elevated heart rate, extreme blood loss from the hands and fingers, and shock. These symptoms are suspected not to be anomalous, and are rather the result of injuries sustained during the period of agitated delirium.

Pacified incidences of SCP-3352-01 claim SCP-3352 to be an omniscient god for whom they serve as an oracle. Specimens of SCP-3352-01 pan through radio stations and piece together fragmented broadcasts of religiously affiliated stations, formulating proclamations ranging from relaxed conversation with interviewers to empassioned sermons about their god. The contents of these ramblings do not correlate with any known religious organization. On rare occasion, incidences of SCP-3352-01 in contact with SCP-3352 may use broadcasts to formulate predictions of the future and speeches on events and objects which could not be reasonably known by the subject. Interpetations given by SCP-3352 have proven to be factually accurate without fail.
