Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX Is to be contained inside a 25m radius spherical containment cell half-filled with soil and foliage standard to that of the pacific northwest, and a small log cabin, to be furnished with all modern commodities. There is to be a 12.5m rope suspended above SCP-XXXX’s house for use solely as a means of entrance and egress from SCP-XXXX’s containment facility. The inside of SCP-XXXX’s containment facility is to be lined with approximately 200 LCD screens, all displaying a live feed of the forest surrounding SCP-XXXX’s original home to alleviate stress from SCP-XXXX’s daily routine. This containment cell is to be located approximately 50m underneath wing 8 of site 12. Every morning, at approx. 7:00, am -8 PST, any staff member previously briefed upon the nature of SCP:XXXX is to descend the rope into SCP-XXXX’s containment facility to describe SCP-XXXX’s situation to it if SCP-XXXX appears to be excessively distressed.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a highly-intelligent humanoid entity genetically identical to whichever human it is currently appearing to be that has a perfect photographic memory. Every 24 hours, at 6:00, am -8 PST, SCP-XXXX will instantaneously assume a new human form. After transforming, SCP-XXXX’s intelligence, accent, and personality will also change alongside its appearance. As of Feb. 7, 2002, SCP-XXXX has completed approximately 3 transformation cycles, proving that SCP-XXXX’s transformations are not random and in reality, each of SCP-XXXX’s 2550 transformations correlates to each of the 2550 residents of Zenia, California. With every new transformation, SCP-XXXX will acquire the memories of whichever resident they transform into acquired by that citizen and these memories will be remembered by SCP-XXXX as if they were its own. Due to the nature of SCP-XXXX’s anomalous effect, SCP-XXXX will suffer severe bouts of stress upon awakening every morning as its new memories come into conflict with the previous memories of SCP-XXXX.

Addendum: When talking with staff members, SCP-XXXX has requested to be called “Ivan”, the first name he remembers being called. Whether or not staff refer to SCP-XXXX as “Ivan” or not is up to their discretion.
