Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in comfortable living quarters. Any personnel entering SCP-XXXX’s containment should not trigger its anomalous effects for an extended period of time. SCP-XXXX is allowed free roam of the facility 1 hour per day, with at least 1 guard present at all times. SCP-XXXX should be granted any requests excluding the obvious.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an 8-year old male of Japanese descent. SCP-XXXX does not seem to age or grow hair any further than it already has. The anomalous effect manifests when a human that goes within a 1.5 meter radius or is in the line of sight of SCP-XXXX for longer than 5 seconds and interacts with anything at all. This will immediately cause SCP-XXXX to burst into excessive amounts of uncontrollable laughter. Staying in this radius for long periods of time could prove fatal to SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX was found in ███████, ████████, Japan on █/█/2016. SCP-XXXX’s parents called a mental hospital with reports of “uncontrollable laughing that wouldn’t ever stop”. The hospital staff say that they haven't seen a mental disorder perform in this way before. This was reported to the SCP Foundation and SCP-XXXX was retrieved.
