Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5143 should be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell in Site ██. SCP-5143 is allowed to completely roam the facility except for the rooms within 25 feet of the gates due to SCP-5143's completely docile and cooperative nature.
Description: SCP-5143 is a 1.75 meter tall humanoid entity, and appears to be a caucasian 14 year old male. SCP-5143 was found after a reported and confirmed suicide in ██████, Tennessee, USA.
SCP-5143 was declared anomalous as soon as the noose was released from 5143's neck. 5143 then immediately seemed to come back to life and react to everything around it proving it's sentience. As soon as 5143 was created as a anomalous entity it was extremely distressed. But the mobile task team was successfully able to extract SCP-5143. After arriving at Site ██ the entity seemed to be less distressed due to understanding that nothing was going to harm him. 5143 was observed to not age over the 5 years the entity was in containment. Any photos or videos that should show 5143 shows empty space where the entity should be the only place where photos can be taken of 5143 are in the location where the suicide took place and appears as if it is still hanging there.
Addendum: Other things that distress SCP-5143 are Guns, Knifes, and Rope.
