DESCRIPTION:SCP-660 is a replica of The Edison light bulb this bulb has a carbon filament which usually lasts 13.5 hours but this specific bulb for unknown reasons never goes out and the source of power is unknown as there is no cord or wires anywhere. Personnel who enter SCP-660s containment cell are not to stay longer than 10 to 15 mins with PPE on. Only D-class personnel are allowed to enter 660s containment cell without PPE for testing purposes only. When one or more personnel go beyond the welding screen without their PPE on D-class report an “a godly bright light” emits from SCP-660 that lasts for 3 seconds followed by a terrible screech only heard by victim(s). After the flash victims report temporary blindness, blurred vision, watery eyes, itchy eyes, bloodshot eyes, the feeling of something in the eye, ringing ears, whispering, second degree sunburns on any exposed skin and major retina burn. Most of these symptoms will disappear after 3-4 days with proper treatment. Symptoms that will not go away after 4 days include: itchy eyes, bloodshot eyes, occasional whispers retina burn (will get worse). Victims will then report seeing a strange shadow like figure that no one else can see but those who got flashed by SCP-660. This creature is known as as SCP-660-1 and is considered keter all contacts so far with SCP-660-1 have resulted it the victim(s)eventual death. See video log SCP 660-1-A

SCP-660-1s appearance appears to be humanoid shadow. SCP 660-1 seems to come from the Edison light bulb but it is not known how this happens as the flash is too bright for video or photography. Videoing or taking pictures does not affect the picture taker(with PPE on) or SCP-660. Victims have often heard whispering but cannot make out what it says. SCP-660-1 is mostly harmless walking around the victims field of view but always in view. The victim cannot escape or hide SCP-660-1 as it seems to be a “projection” from the eye. Even when victims blink or close their eyes SCP-660-1 is still there walking in there vision. Every 2-3 hours victims report creepy real looking hallucinations and jumpscares lasting 1-2 seconds some victims have reported seeing other SCPS. Hallucinations tend to be based on victims fears. And get worse and longer over time. These hallucinations
will often lead to the victims suicide.
