Special Containment Procedures:

SCP XXXX should be contained either on Site-06-3 or Site-88 in an area with 4 m x 3.5 m rooms. SCP XXXX should have (at the minimum) 1 Level 2 Security Personnel guarding it at all times. If SCP XXXX switches between SCP XXXX-████, Procedure Fire-Bird should be immediately activated (See Addendum-4). If another occurrence of SCP XXXX-████ should happen, it will be interviewed with Dr.████ Dr. Horace it will be given a form to fill out due to quantity of these occurrences.

All personnel involved with SCP XXXX should know all instances of SCP XXXX (at the time of this document, SCP XXXX-1 to SCP XXXX-████). The forms of instances will be in Addendum XXXX-3. Depending on what instance of SCP XXXX, the containment procedures are listed on the forms in Addendum XXXX-3.

Any personnel who comes in contact with SCP XXXX-████ should have a Psychological Evaluation immediately afterward (See Addendum XXXX-3). If signs shows that effects of SCP XXXX-████ have occured, they should either be terminated or given Class-A amensics

Description:

SCP XXXX appears to be a female human of ██ age but Log-2 and tests have shown that to be proven wrong. SCP XXXX has brown hair and teal eyes, and at the time of this document, 1.79 meters (5.8 feet) in height and 46 kilograms (101 pounds) in weight. SCP XXXX says that its name is Penelope ██████ but no one has ever existed under the name. It does not seem to eat any food but if it enters [REDACTED] state, it will consume any energy surrounding it through tendrils made from [REDACTED].

SCP XXXX suffers from DID, which if it is under immense danger or [DATA EXPUNGED], it will create a personality or switch into an already existing one. SCP XXXX also suffers from insomnia which can lead to SCP XXXX-05 to manifest its in their place.

After Incidents XXXX-B and XXXX-C, object class was requested to be reclassified as Keter and was accepted by 05-█ (See in Addendum XXXX-4)

The first appearance of SCP XXXX was when it was found inside Site-██, in SCP-███ cell, seemingly talking to it. Security Personnel captured her immediately and was then interview with Dr. █████.

Dr. █████: Hello, I'm Dr. █████ and I would like to ask you a few questions. First off, what is your name?
Penelope: Hello, I'm Penelope ███████. subject seems distant Also, can you let me out here, I need to get back to school.
Dr. █████: Before you are deemed to leave, we need to know how you were able to enter this facility.
Penelope: Oh that! Phoenix said I should visit SCP-███ cause' it was lonely last time she went here.
Dr. █████: May I ask how do you know SCP-███ and who is Phoenix?
Penelope: Subject seems lost in thought
Dr. █████: Are you ok miss?
Penelope: Subject snaps out of it Sorry, I was talking to someone, what did you say again?
Dr. █████: Miss Penelope, how are you talking to anyone? We are the only ones here.
Penelope: What are you talking about? Phoenix and the others are right here!
Dr. █████: Dr. █████ becomes agitated What are you talking about?
Penelope: You know what? I'm done with this interview and the SCP Foundation can suck it!
Immediately after this was said, Penelope seemingly disappears out of nowhere.

Afternote: Security was called but no traces of it even being there besides the Log were present.

Wait you weren't able to find any fingerprints, strands of hair, etc?- Dr. █████

SCP XXXX reappeared after ██ years, claiming "I'm sorry for disappearing so soon, can we continue the log?" SCP XXXX was captured with resistance, causing █ fatalities and a containment breach on site. After containment, another interview was held.
