Description:
SCP-XXXX Is a polyester hat with an ebony interior, a lime green faux fur shell and two white, cartoony eyes on an ebony faux fur flap sewed onto the shell.
SCP-XXXX is able to control and manipulate their victims by locking eyes with them, making their victim vulnerable to SCP-XXX's powers.If SCP-XXXX is worn it will instantly latch itself onto the subject's head seemingly taking control of the host.
Addendum
Tests conclude that SCP-XXXX is able to make subjects kill themselves when worn. When the subject is in the room with another subject, they will find a way to kill the second subject, and then kill themselves.
