Containment procedures:SCP is at all times in a human shaped coffin with no less than 4 automated turrets in the room. If subject escapes the coffin than all on site research personnel shall be evacuated immediately. No less than 10 armed guards outside her cell at all times.
SCP-XXXX cannot be contained.
Subject is a middle age Russian woman. Subject was found in an abandoned cruise ship in the middle of [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. Russian officials found the subject eating what was described as "an American fat meal". It showed no anomalous properties. Subject cooperated for two weeks until all its organs fell out of its body at which point the subject grew sharp undestructible claws.And began killing people and taking their organs to replace its own.The subject then teleported to an unknown location. When investigated the cruise ship was also missing suggesting a relationship between the cruise ship and the SCP.
The subject was next found in a small town in [REDACTED] at the top of a 200 story skyscraper. The SCP Foundation investigated this anomaly and found the subject looking down at the small town saying over and over again "Where am I".
When intially contained the foundation found SCP-XXXX confused and scared. The first interview between her and Dr.Richards is recorded here.
Subject: Who are you where am I.
Dr.Richards: That doesn't matter right now. Who are you?
Subject: I am Irina.
Dr.Richards: Okay Irina where are you from?
Irina: I don't know the last thing I remember is my village being killed by this sickness. It killed everyone our village and plague doctors were helpless to do anything.
Dr.Richards: When was this?
Irina: Please stop asking questions.
Dr.Richards: That is all for today Irina.
Four weeks after initial containment, all of SCP'S organs fell out through her gut. She then started killing people and taking their organs for her own. She only took organs that she considered "fit" for taking. Everybody on site was killed. No SCPS cells were broken into.
Following initial breach a town in rural Siberia was found dead all organs taken out of thier bodies. There was one survivor. A 6 year old girl with the note
I cannot hurt her as she is mine. I will not hurt her as she won't love me. I don't love her. I need to love her. I killed her before. It undid me. It undid this madness.
SCP termination has been unanimously agreed upon by the 05 council. SCP-XXXX whereabouts are unknown.
