Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6966 is to be kept on a wire suspended 124 feet above the ground between two concrete walls. There is to be one helicopter flying above SCP-6966 at all times. There must also be an audience of at least 5 people watching SCP-6966 at all times.
Description: SCP-6966 is a French 6-foot-tall man named "Phillipe" carrying a 10-foot-long bar used to balance. He has been seen walking across long wires suspended at least 12 feet of the ground. Once all visual contact with SCP-6966 has stopped, SCP-6966 will teleport to another wire. When being watched, SCP-6966 will begin walking and doing tricks on the wire. These tricks include:
- Kneeling on the wire
- Jumping on the wire
- Laying down across the wire
- Spinning
- Performing ballet
- Dancing
- Using the bar to hang from the wire
- Standing on one foot
- Setting the bar on the wire and laying on it
- Doing "hand-stands" on the wire
When cheered for, SCP-6966 will kneel down on the wire, set the bar on his left knee, and thank the audience. When "booed" at, SCP-6966 will jump off the wire attempt to run away. When there is silence, SCP-6966 will perform one of the tricks mentioned above. Any attempt to remove SCP-6966 from the wire will cause SCP-6966 to turn into a cloud of smoke and teleport to another wire.
