Item #: SCP-5733

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: [Paragraphs explaining the procedures]

Description: SCP-5733 is a set of VHS tapes of the film "Doraemon: Nobita and the Galaxy Super-express". Two tapes were retrieved by the Foundation in the town of [REDACTED], Spain after reports of a missing child led local police to one of them, a second tape was later retrieved from the missing child's residence.

Both tapes appear identical, but closer examination revealed the materials used for their creation are different types of human tissue. DNA tests confirm SCP-5733 to originate from a different individuals, one of them being the missing child. When played, they will exhibit no anomalous properties and show the spanish dub of the film advertised on their label.

Any subjects who watched SCP-5733 reported having nightmares the following night. All subjects reported Doraemon being brutally sliced apart and dragged into a crack or orifice by an unknown set of black apendixes resembling tentacles refered to as SCP-5733-A. These include the space under several types of furniture, between the doorframe and a closed door and even between closed drawers. All subjects became extremely paranoid of elongated orifices or cracks upon waking up and reported a feeling that they were being stalked.

Security cameras on D-Class personel cells show SCP-5733-A coming out of said spaces which heavily mutilated and dragged subjects into them in a matter of seconds. New instances of SCP-5733 were found around the facility within the following weeks containing the same film, with the label and dub changing based on each subject's native tongue. DNA tests confirmed the materials used to manufacture these new tapes to coincide with the three D-Class personel involved in testing.

The existing tapes have been labelled SCP-5733-1 through SPC-5733-5. It is currently unknown whether more instances of SCP-5733 exist, the decay in popularity of VHS tapes is thought to play a role in the SCP Foundation's inability to find any new tapes. The origin of the first tape remains unknown.
