Special Containment Procedures: SCP-7243 is to be kept in a Class 3 Anomalous Object Container. Item to be removed from Containment with overview of Level 5 clearance personnel or higher. In the event it is missing, activate the GPS chip in it through Dr. ████'s computer.
Description: SCP-7423 appears to be a phone, measuring 6 inches tall. It is unknown from which brand made this SCP. The item exhibits no difference from a usual phone, but upon entering the app "Building Dropper", it's anomalous properties are shown.
Any building recognised from the GPS can be rebuilt instantaneously, as long as there is sufficient space (From hereon designated to as 7423-3).
If SCP-7423-3 is considered a "facility" which requires human services to serve use, such as a restaurant or a clothes store, humanoid entities (from hereon will be designated SCP-7423-2) will fill up the positions and posts which require it. These humanoid entities have no features, aside from the uniform of the facility it is working at, and it's ears and mouth. The uniform appears to be part of it's skin. (See Addendum #1) It is possible to replace the humanoid entities with humans (See Incident Log #3209.).
SCP-7423's presence was noted shortly after numerous rumours of "faceless workers" had surfaced around ████, China. It had been thought to be SCP-3008-2 instances, but was quickly realised to be an entity of a different origin, as it was not hostile in nature and was not proportioned weirdly. It was quickly taken and contained after seeing it in use. The people who have used SCP-7423 have been given Class-3 Amnestic Drugs and released.
Addendum #1: SCP-7423-2 is invulnerable to most blunt force physical attacks, but is extremely easy to terminate through sharp objects. SCP-7423-B instances, upon being cut by a sharp object, will emit a blood-like substance. If attacked, will resist by using blunt force (See Incident Log #3210). Anything attached to SCP-7423-2 naturally, is a part of it's body.
