Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4666 is to be kept in a 9x13 meter cell with a paved stone exterior and interior, with the internal part of the wall made of a class-3 hazard proof steel. 24 hour monitoring to be properly followed with two (2) security cameras facing the south section of the cell, and the other facing the east side of the cell. All testing must require a level-3 researcher approval, and all testing must follow the protocols for expirements. If taken out of cell class-c amnesia is required, with a 4x5 bullet proof glass chamber to be used for transportation of SCP-4666. If breached, the entire area of Sector-9 of biological research facility ███ will commence. Level-5 personnel will have the decision to blow up the area using remote detonation warheads if required.
Description: SCP-4666 appears to be a pale Caucasian male of unknown background. It appears to have stitching in both arms, left lower calf, and neck. The entity also seems to have a buzz saw of approximately 1 foot sliced into it's upper forehead, lodged into the cranial cavity. It holds an unknown object with the appearance of a roughly shaped cube. -Attempts to take the object for DNA testing and origins tests are to be resumed. SCP-4666 has shown to be sentient, regardless of its' constant silence. SCP-4666 has shown to be skillful with knots, especially the ██████ knot and ██████ knot. It only uses these methods to do this when encountering a living creature, preferably of 18 to 30 years of age, of male gender. It is always docile when no personnel are around, usually standing in one place holding it's object. When encountering a biological subjects, however, it will tie up its victims using a supernatural method of ██████. After the victim is in bonds (of usually strong rope), it will proceed to torture its victims using its dialated eyes. Surviving personnel have shown great trauma in this, saying that it [Data Expunged]. Buzz saw marks have been noticed on all victims, with buzz saw noises being constantly heard from the entity, with no movement of buzzaw(s).
Addendum from Dr. Zeek: "The entity has been noticbly easy to control, but ever test has been shown to be a freak show. It has only escaped twice in our book, with an additional attempt at escaping. It even somehow teleported to the observation deck 10 feet above him. It will receive a Keter classification to go with it's Euclid classification, as it can doom this site if it teleports away to somewhere around here."
