Special Containment Procedures: Two guards are to be stationed outside SCP-XXXX at all times. Under no circumstances are the SCPs contained inside SCP-XXXX, hereby referred as SCP-XXXX-a, allowed to be out of there individual containment units unless testing is being done. No personnel under security level 3 are permitted access to SCP-XXXX. All experiments must be cleared by no less then four level 4 personnel or ordered by any 2 05 directors. Researchers, Security, and D-Class personnel are forbidden from touching the bands attached to the SCP-XXXX-a instances contained in SCP-XXXX. Any personnel found to be in violation of any of these rules will be subject to immediate demotion or termination.

Description: SCP-XXXX's appearance is that of a regulation Foundation security door. It appeared on floor █ of Humanoid Research and Containment Site-15 at 1:30 pm on ██/█/████. The doors placement does not correspond with any blueprints or floor-plans of Site-15. SCP-XXXX interior consists of a long sterile hallway lined with doors, giving it the appearance of a long term care hospital wing or sanitarium. The hallways langth dose not reman costatant nore do the number of doors. Tests to moniter shifts in size and number of doors remain inconclusive. All attempts to find a corisponding building in this demention have thusfar faild despite several rooms containg a window with a vew of a well maintaind courtyeird. As of date 07/23/20██ no mantaninince wrokers have been seen caring for the plants or structers in said courtyeard.

Each door has a number, patient information clipboard, window, food slot, and the designation of the contained SCP-XXXX-a instance. Each room of SCP-XXXX resemble a regulation long term hospital room. All rooms contain a bed, lounge chair, wall mounted television, nightstand, and small full bathroom in the far right corner regardless of the needs of the containd Scp. These rooms show spacial anomalys corresponding to the size and number of SCP-XXXX-a instances contained within. The most anomalous rooms, not including SCP-XXXX-R through C's personal rooms, are the storage room, the security room, and SCP-XXXX-R's Office. Detailed descriptions of theses rooms can be found further in this document.

All SCP-XXXX-a instances contained in SCP-XXXX have an Instances of SCP-XXXX-1 attached to it. Instances of SCP-XXXX-1 resemble regulation hospitable bands however instead of just names and ages the SCP's designation, including class, is also listed. The only other mark being the Foundation logo. Any individual wearing an active instance of SCP-XXXX-1 will not notice it. Any subject will be unwilling to leave there rooms while wearing SCP-XXXX-1 but will if a threat is detected or when ordered by any level 4 personnel. Anyone wearing an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 will be physically unable to leave SCP-XXXX as they will vanish the moment they cross SCP-XXXX's threshold reappearing in an unoccupied, or asighnd, room. The computer printer in Dr. Corrumpi's former office inside SCP-XXXX is the only known source of these bands.

Records and personnel testimony by 05 ██ state SCP-XXXX was unintentionally created on ██/█/████. This is now known to be false, Dr. Corrumpi created SCP-XXXX for the express purpose of an internal attack on Site-15 which would allow him to stage further attacks on the Foundation. It is beleaved that Dr Corrumpi had acquired several unknown SCPs from various sources and enacted a contingency plan that not only cloaked the entrance to SCP-XXXX, but erased all trace of its existence from Foundation records and the minds of its personal, including 05 ██. Upon its reappearance 05 ██'s memory of SCP-XXXX was also restored. Most records and memorys pertaining to SCP-XXXX remand erased.

Addendum:

The following instances comprised the staff of SCP-XXXX for the entirety of DR. Corrumpi's occupation. Records indicate Dr. Corrumpi created SCP-XXXX-R through C before the creation of SCP-XXXX. As a majority of Dr. Corrumpi's notes and research have not been discovered and or decrypted this information is subject to radical change.

Special Containment Procedures: Scp-XXXX-R is not aloud out of Scp-XXXX without express permission from 05 ██. It is not aloud out of Scp-XXXX for longer then 12 consecutive hours without a two hour rest inside ether its office or room within Scp-XXXX. When outside Scp-XXXX It must be accompanied by no less then three guards with extensive hand to hand combat expertise. These guards must NOT be involved in any projects that could be considered immoral as Scp-XXXX-R is capable of sensing this lack of morals and will react with violence.

Description: Scp-XXXX-R Is a young male Caucasian with short blond hair, green eyes and weighs approximately 79 kg with a height of 1.8 meters. Its appearance match that of the other Scp-XXXX staff with most differences being clothing. It wears a regulation Foundation researcher uniform with a white lab coat and a pair of black rim glasses that appear to be unnecessary. Its security badge indicates lvl 4 clearance. Its personalty is described as cold and distant, however when participating in an experiment, especially one involving D-class and human Scps, it expresses concern for the well being of the participants. Its been documented as being resistant to performing experiments it deems as unnecessarily cruel, to the point of outright refusal.When questioned it simply stated "I made that mistake once, I will not repeat it." It can be rude and even hostel towards other researchers and agents in the field and is suspected of sabotaging several operations involving human Scps.

Addendum: Scp-XXXX-R is to be treated with extreme caution, as are all other staff of Scp-XXXX, as it seams to be able to identify what it refers to as 'sins'. Upon its first discovery Scp-XXXX-R killed two D-class and one agent sent in to investigate Scp-XXXX. It spared one member of the team. Agent Rolph was unhurt and told he was Sinless. As Rolph was sent on many wet-works missions on behalf of the Foundation it is unclear what Scp-R's standers of Sinless is. Rolph's testimony was that not only did the Scp act immediately upon making visual contact with the team but that it didn't use anomalies means to kill the team but simply used superior martial skill to quickly disarm and terminate the other team members. "The only warning we got when it looked at us was its eyes. It was like its eyes turned to emeralds they reflected the light so brightly. The last thing my team saw before they died was those gleaming eyes. Eyes full of hate."

Scp-XXXX-R's Office and Room
Accesses to Scp-XXXX-R's workspace is restricted to level 4 clearance only as the space is covered in copes of research notes and detailed cross sections of Scps. The office resembles a standard research office and contains a particle board desk with a wheeled chair to match. Several locked file cabinets take up most of the space in the office. The farthest wall has a small cabinet with toiletries and a bed roll. On the desk rests the only anomalies object in the room the printer. The printer, and the computer attached to it, function as any normal office supplies would with the exception of an additional button on the printer labeled with the Foundation logo. Pushing this button causes an alert on the computer asking for a number. When a number is input that many Scp-XXXX-as are printed. No paper is needed in the printer for this to be utilized.

Scp-XXXX-R's room is almost identical to the rooms housing other instances of SCP-XXXX-1, with several homie touches including a nonanomalies fish tank, terrarium, and cat named Patches. Several potted plants have been observed around the room but seem to change day to day. Scp-XXXX-J seems to be the primary caregiver of these plants. This room is one of the few with a window through which the courtyard is visible. Most of Scp-XXXX-R's down time is spent in this room reading, sleeping, or playing with its cat.

SCP-XXXX-R a.k.a. Dr. R is currently acting as a foundation researcher despite there assistance to Dr. Corrumpi and continued resistance to participate in certain research projects. Loyalty to foundation questionable but seems to believe in the importance of the Foundations mission. (status contained)

SCP-XXXX-S: SCP-XXXX-S a.k.a. Officer S operated as head of security for the wing during Dr. Corrumpi's experiments. Loyalty to foundation unwavering. Shares a similar resurrection ability to SCP-XXXX-D. (status contained)

SCP-XXXX-J: SCP-XXXX-J a.k.a. D.J. operated as the main janitorial staff to the wing. Loyalty to foundation is unknown as SCP-XXXX-J refuses to speak to anyone other than SCP_XXXX-R. Communication tends to be short simple utterances. All daily tasks appear to be unaffected by its lack of communication skills. (status contained)

SCP-XXXX-D: Records indicate Scp D was the sole D Class personnel in the wing after Dr. Corrumpi either terminated or turned all the others into SCPs. Its ability to 'reset' upon death was pivotal for his continued experimentation. (status Unknown presumed escaped)

SCP-XXXX-C: Records indicate this Scp is a relatively unaltered version of the original mental manipulation immune civilian intercepted by Dr Corrumpi. Foundation Personnel records indicate that they were discovered by Foundation operatives attempting to stop an instance of SCP-████(stand in anyone who thinks a psychic or compulsion SCP would fit pleas pm me, dose not have to correspond with established story) at a children's birthday party. His immunity was suspected when, unlike the rest of the party goers, it seamed aware of SCP-████s hostile intentions and effect on the crowd as it was attempting to [Redacted]. They were given a class █ amnestic that failed to affect it. 05 ██ transferred him to ██████ for researcher training were they were intercepted by Dr Corrumpi. It is unknown what, if any, task SCP-XXXX-C had. (status Escaped)
