Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6003 is to be kept in a 6x6x6 containment cell with level 3 security personnel guarding the entrance. Inside the cell the walls are to be padded with advanced soundproof material to try and mitigate its effects. Personnel with level 3 security clearance or above are allowed to visit SCP-6003, in addition it must be visited at least once a day by somebody it classes close to it.
SCP-6003 is a humanoid creature of large height [1.83m] and weighs roughly 65kg. It identifies itself as a male human and is highly intelligent.
SCP-6003 is approximately 15 years old and seems to exhibit a large amount of "ordinary" teenage behaviour, however in no way is SCP-6003 like a human male of its age range. 6003 has overly large ears measuring [DATA EXPUNGED] and eyes with a distinct lack of irises, meaning the entire eye is black.
SCP-6003 is sentient, capable of speech and described as extremely charming by foundation personel, 6003 highly dislikes being referred to by its foundation designated name and prefers to be called its supposed birthname "Adam". If not referred to by its preferred name SCP-6003 will enter a highly enraged state in which it will emit an ultrasonic frequency from its ears, rupturing the eardrums of any personnel exposed to it. Prolonged exposure to SCP-6003's ultrasonic emissions will result in those exposed having their skin slowly flayed apart and multiple tiny cuts appear across their body, they remain conscious in this state as 6003 seems to release some kind of compound, henceforth referred to as 6003-1.
SCP-6003-1 also seems to have a memetic effect on any exposed to it, personel exposed to 6003-1 forget anything but the pain they feel at that moment and if recovered from SCP-6003's presence they show symptoms of Alzheimer's disease. SCP-6003 itself is not immune to 6003-1's effects, after re-entering a docile state 6003 will not recall any of the events that happened in the enraged state as it believes it passed out.
SCP-6003 becomes extremely distressed when exposed to it's victims, entering a grieving period of 6 days before returning to its normal emotional state. In addition to this SCP-6003 enters an extreme state of desire for self-improvement. During this state SCP-6003 becomes extremely determined and its will is described as being "insurmountable". After this period of self-improvement is over SCP-6003 is shown to have more lethal enraged states, with each one being worse than the last. It is unknown if the activities it does in it's "Self-Improvement" stage are responsible for the increase in lethality of the enraged states or if something else is; further experiments will be carried out to determine if this is the case.
SCP-6003 must be visited or be allowed to visit someone it classes as close to it at least once a day in order to prevent a level [DATA LOST] containment breach. SCP-6003 is observed to be extremely sociable and displays highly extroverted behaviour, 1 day without contact with someone close will result in 6003 entering a prolonged enraged state. This enraged state it enters is unlike that observed when being referred to as SCP-6003 in conversation: it will not re-enter a docile state after a set period of time, instead it will only become docile after seeing a close one, in addition to this only trace announts of SCP-6003-1 are released in this state meaning 6003 can remember its previous emotional state after becoming docile, interestingly, it still does not remember any fatalities it caused in this state either and will still experience the same effect if exposed to the bodies.

Under no circumstances should SCP-6003 be exposed to SCP-343 as it has expressed its hatred for the supposed "God" many times in interviews and when asked what it would do to 343 it responded by entering the worst enraged state to date, lasting [REDACTED] days.
