Word mighter than a sword

Object class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP should be stored in the reinforced containment storage locked by 3,6,9 or any multiple of three lock all the time, while not in use for experiments. The containment storage has to be submerged in 1 cubic meter or more of saline solution to decrease the memetic influence of the object.

If released from saline solution, SCP should be tolerated as visual cognital and memetic hazard - avoid any unprotected visual contact. Any transparent object covering all eye viewzone can be considered enough to withstand effects of SCP. Opthalmic lenses are advised.

If any sentient being gets an unprotected eye contact, class C amnestics should be administered immedately, unless this is a part of an experiment. Any marks left by SCP should be redacted to cease any potential memetic effects of the object.

Description: SCP is a red pencil covered in wax to prevent damage from water. While observed by any sentient creature, it forces the viewer to pick it up and write words on the mother tongue of the wielder on any appropriate surface. It appears to have limitless usage, though experiments have shown it's intolerance to gnawing.

Words written by wielder become temporary commands that make any sentient viewers to do everything written with the usage of SCP. The sentient being must understand the language of the words to be affected by SCP.

The words appear to be a combination of the wielder's subconciousness and some semi-random word extracting algorythm. The combination of observed words gives a line of commands to the sentient beings, which are executed almost emmidiately and reflectory.

The wielder cannot control the written words, but can stop writing after 10 seconds of losing the eye contact with the object.
