A high tech arm that actually works (Name suggestions please & thanks)

Concept:

(Object Class: Thaumiel)
A mechanical (right) arm, extending from the shoulder down that has numerous properties and acts as the main conduit for nearly all aspects of the technology. There is also a leg extending from the hip down and is capable of adhering itself to any surface and is capable of changing its own size, a device similar to a tablet with the ability to perform many of the arm's more advanced functions and acts as a master terminal.

Each item is:

• Made of a impossibly strong and durable (but not truly indestructible), non-magnetic, non-conductive material
• Possess the ability to change it's own design without physical maintenance of the user
• Capable of storing matter and supplying the requested object, working in 2 different mannerisms
  • An object or small organism such, as a jacket, carp, or apple, is absorbed into the device in a quick flash of light:
    • 1: The matter that makes up the object is saved to only be used for the recovery of that object (However, in the case of storing something like multiple apples, each apple recovered will appear identical to one another, taking the form of what the current user views as a perfect apple.)
    • 2: The matter is not kept for each individual object and is instead used as a pool of material to fashion new objects from
• Capable of instantaneous teleportation (Would be explained further in the article)
• Maintains it's strength and durability in extreme heat, cold, (water) pressure, and in a vacuum
• Exclusively owned by Dr. Black (Will obviously be explained more, but should I write them as a single SCP article if this is to be true?)

There are many more details and applications for the tech, but, I'd like to hear about what I have so far.

Too Stubborn to Die

Concept:
Essentially it is the ability to project your will into the world. And yeah, that sounds like reality bending powers but, no, this is a far less significant/powerful ability. A user with this ability can project their will (weather it originate as courage, stubbornness, devotion, or indifference (towards the entity, danger, or threat that you would most likely use this ability on)) as a means of giving yourself an intimidating presence, and/or absorbing and recovering from damage, as well as providing a increase to physical strength and ability. Lastly it would allow the user to avoid damage by influencing the path of oncoming objects and slightly enhancing the user's perception and reaction time. These are mostly temporary effects as they wear off when out of combat, however the user is always under the enhanced perception when it comes to detecting danger, especially at the last possible second. The stronger your will is, the stronger the effects are. (I was thinking of making it so it also nullifies any forced teleportation effect so anyone with this ability can't be one shot by 106 or something so maybe not teleportation but more of a reality anchor type thing.)
