Special containment procedures: After the attack of Dr. ███, SCP-4295 is to be contained in a standard aquatic humanoid containment cell, or a 24x24ft tank, which is filled 5 inches from the brim with Saltwater. This tank is placed in Research Sector-04 in Site-19. During transportation, SCP-4295 is to be restrained with a Class-1 Humanoid Restriction Harness and monitored by no fewer than 1 armed guard.
The tank is compromised of 4 inch thick bullet-proof glass. The bottom is made of concrete bricks, overlaid with a 2 inch thick rubber sheet. The rubber is to be covered with rocks of any type.
SCP-4295 is cooperative with foundation personnel and has not attempted any containment breaches since arrival at Site-19 but has shown aggressive behavior towards any foundation staff that wears the Researcher uniform (See incident report 4295-1).
Description: SCP-4295 is a humanoid male entity, a measured 71 inches, or 180.34 centimeters in height. While SCP-4295 appears to be a normal human, Dr. ███ observed gills on the sides of the neck, much like a common goldfish. The Gills are fully functional, and while it is not scientifically possible, so are SCP-4295’s set of lungs. While SCP-4295 can breathe both air and water, it has expressed liking water more than air.
SCP-4295’s race is unknown but could be described as Latino-American. SCP-4295 has requested multiple times to go by the name “Archer” and gets aggravated after continuous use of its item #. All foundation staff are advised to use “Archer” unless intentionally getting on its nerves. SCP-4295 has no memory prior to 5 years in the past, when apprehended by the Foundation.
