Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 2m x 1.5m x 3m soundproofed concrete cell protected by no less than 2 armed guards at all times. Guards must have a memetic resistance of ██.█ or higher. Within the cell, SCP-XXXX is to be kept on the center of a stainless steel table on the eastern wall of the containment chamber, with a stainless steel folding chair positioned adjacent to it for testing purposes. The cell door is to remain closed and locked at all times, and any staff or entity witnessed attempting to enter SCP-XXXX’s cell is to be terminated on sight. Any entity known to have interacted with SCP-XXXX is to be terminated on sight. Any entity known to possess information of SCP-XXXX beyond what is covered in this debrief is to be terminated on sight. If staff have speculations an entity has interacted with SCP-XXXX, they are required to inform a guard as soon as possible, or perform immediate termination of suspect themselves. Any entity that displays any of the above behavior is to be referred to as SCP-XXXX-2 and is to be considered a Level [REDACTED] infohazard.
Armed guards tasked with protecting SCP-XXXX's cell are to undergo countermemetic procedures every 2 months to protects against unforeseen memetic properties SCP-XXXX may possess. In addition, guards must be asked daily to identify the entity they are stationed to. If any guard regardless of credentials or memetic resistance reports apart from "SCP-XXXX" they are to be terminated immediately, as well as any staff within 100 meters of the encounter.
Description: SCP-3614 appears to be an apple fruit approximately 7.5 cm in diameter and theorized to weigh approximately 290 grams, although exact measurement has not been can not be recorded. The apple appears to be a prime specimen of a Red Delicious apple (Malus domestica), and no markings or imperfections are visible. The specimen appears waxed and polished. No visible rot has been recorded upon SCP-3614 since its arrival at the Foundation. Testing has shown that entities within 100 meters exhibit [REDACTED]

Recovery: SCP-3614 was first located at Grasto Acres Apple Orchard in █████ County, ██████, United States of America, by Foundation agents investigating a reported anomaly on the site. The object was found in a glass case approximately 0.6m x 0.6m x 0.6m within the orchard owner's home. It is predicted that approximately 400 hours had passed between SCP-XXXX's appearance at the farm and its recovery by the Foundation. The origin of SCP-XXXX is currently unknown. Analysis showed that SCP-XXXX posed an infohazard and it was quickly moved to its current containment unit.
