Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept locked in containment room 12 at site ██ when not participating in testing. SCP-XXXX is not to be allowed outside of containment room 12 alone and is to be physically restrained if discovered outside of containment room 12. Containment room 12 is to be furnished with plush furniture only and to be kept free of any sharp objects, or materials capable of creating a sharp object.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a human 1.85 meters tall, weighing 130kg. SCP-XXXX displays no outward anomalies in its appearance. SCP-XXXX bears an unusual number of large scars on its skin.
SCP-XXXX possesses one (1) scar on its right cheek measuring 5cm, two (1) scars on it's left cheek, measuring 8cm and 12cm, and a scar along its throat, measuring 14 cm. SCP-XXXX possesses a total of nine (9) scars on its upper chest, measuring 4cm, 6cm, 12cm, 6cm, 8cm, 10cm, 7cm, 9cm, and 13cm. SCP-XXXX possesses three (3) scars on its lower torso, measuring 4cm, 7cm, and 11cm.
When questioned about the origins of these scars, SCP-XXXX claims they were self-inflicted.
SCP-XXXX was discovered at an abandoned medical facility 6 miles from Site ███-██, the facility belongs to The Foundation, but had not been in use since the [REDACTED] incident. SCP-XXXX claims he moved in shortly after, due to the ready availability of 'parts'
SCP-XXXX possesses the anomalous ability to manufacture devices from organic tissue. These creations can possess their own anomalous properties, and several are undergoing extensive research at site ██.
SCP-XXXX has also shown an unnatural level of intelligence in regards to biological functions and is able to discern with a single observation any illnesses, vitamin deficiencies, or issues related to the person's organs. He usually delivers such news coldly and with a disappointed tone.
When allowed to work with small quantities of organic matter from animals, SCP-XXXX has been seen to complain to himself about working with 'inferior parts' but will produce devices with seemingly no issues.
Addendum: The following is a collection of all known creations fabricated by SCP-XXXX while under observation. All tests are to be conducted under observation by at least three (3) researchers with level 4 security clearance. At all times a security team of no less than four (4) armed and armored guards are to remain on standby. The testing room has a single six-inch thick armored glass window, through which all observations are to be made. All creations produced during testing are to be immediately confiscated.

Device created: A camera. Of note is the use of an eyeball as the lens, and the brain as the storage medium. SCP-XXXX claimed that the camera was digital. Device incinerated.

Device created: A handgun. Of note is the use of the spine as the barrel of the weapon. SCP-XXXX explained he was not able to manufacture any ammunition for the weapon, and showed no desire to use it to attempt a containment breach. Weapon confiscated and kept in storage for further testing.

Device created: A calculator. Of note, the answers to any given calculation are displayed on a series of rotating pieces of bone. SCP-XXXX requested we supply him with 'enough to work with' in future tests.
Supplies Granted: One (1) Terrapene Carolina (Common Box Turtle) carcass, fresh
Device created: An IED, resembling a hand grenade. SCP-XXXX once again showed no desire to utilize the weapon. Security confiscated the device and detonated it safely ██ miles from the facility. Members of the security team noted the explosive device was 'surprisingly effective'
