Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained at Echo Site XXXX, which is located in [REDACTED], Louisiana. SCP-XXXX's chamber is to be scrubbed and searched once every two (2) weeks. Any instances of SCP-XXXX-2 found should be taken and stored in an oxygenated containment unit located at least thirty (30) meters from SCP-XXXX's chamber. (See Addendum 03 and 07.) SCP-XXXX-1 should be restrained and searched on this same interval. For sake of ease, anesthetize SCP-XXXX in order to complete this.
SCP-XXXX is to be allotted two (2) hours of time outside at request once per month, but never during the week of a full moon. (See Addendum 01-02.)
Guards and staff of Site XXXX are not to divulge personal information to SCP-XXXX; this includes names and identifying bodily signatures. (See Addendum 03.) During anytime when SCP-XXXX is outside of its chamber, staff must refer to one another using irregular terms, which are outlined in monthly emails sent directly to staff. [See Addendum 6.] Guards who perceive instances of SCP-XXXX or SCP-XXXX-1 outside of the designated chamber are under direct orders to initiate a site-wide lock down and anesthetize SCP-XXXX.
A three (3) foot thick metal panel should be maintained above the chamber at all times.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an woman of indeterminate African ancestry. SCP-XXXX is covered head to toe in body paint depicting bones and flower petals. (See Test Log 05 for more on the anomalous behavior of the paint.) SCP-XXXX wears no notable clothing and refuses to dress when asked, and at worst burning holes through clothes when forced. (See Test Log 01.)
SCP-XXXX appears to be fully matured, with curly black head hair, noted as SCP-XXXX-1 that grows down past her waist. SCP-XXXX-1 is prehensile and utilized by SCP-XXXX as both clothes and for gripping objects. SCP-XXXX-1 does not appear to be destructible in any way and displays incredible strength. (See Test Log 02.)
SCP-XXXX-2 are anomalous humanoid shaped dolls produced by SCP-XXXX on a case by case basis surrounding individuals it has interacted with. SCP-XXXX-2 instances are designed to appear similar to people SCP-XXXX has interacted with, specifically negatively. SCP-XXXX-2 instances are anomalously connected to their living counterparts, noted as SCP-XXXX-2-X, as such injury inflicted upon SCP-XXXX-2 is directly reflected onto SCP-XXXX-2-X. Instances of SCP-XXXX-2 appear to be made of twine and leather and should under no circumstance be destroyed. (See Test Log 04-05.) Test Log-01:
Objective: Cite Coordinator Rahm of Echo Site XXXX has determined SCP-XXXX figure to be "distracting to the working environment of the site." As such the following audio transcript describes the test.
Audio Log-01:
Security Personnel 1: [rustling of fabric, in a soft voice] Come here creepy lady… just gonna put this on you. Why you glaring at me like that?
Security Personnel 2: You sound so stupid right now, Nate.
Security Personnel 1: [Louder now] Then you do it. [Fabric rustling]
SCP-XXXX: [approximation] Undu'du're'hei, neifeim pyr! [a soft crackling sound]
Security Personnel 2: [More fabric rustling] Holy - Mother of Joseph, that's hot.
[SCP-XXXX-1 unfurls and wraps around Security Personnel 2 and draws him closer. Security Personnel 2 is heard screaming]

Results: Cite Coordinator Rahm has determined SCP-XXXX as "not really needing clothes anyway." However, the strength of SCP-XXXX-1 is quite a marvel, Rahm has filed for a second test regarding SCP-XXXX-1 to discover the extent of its strength.
Test Log 02:
Objective: Discover the extent of the strength of SCP-XXXX-1. First, ask SCP-XXXX to crush increasingly hard objects, then, lift heavy objects. Finally, anesthetize SCP-XXXX and attempt to cut SCP-XXXX-1 free for use in body armor is possible.
Results: Unsurprisingly, SCP-XXXX-1 is impressively strong. Able to lift in excess of 275 kilograms of weight and crush cinder blocks without much perceived exertion from SCP-XXXX itself. Upon anesthetization, SCP-XXXX-1 was approached by security personnel who tried and failed to cut SCP-XXXX-1 free with a knife, then a handsaw, then a chainsaw. To this point, SCP-XXXX-1 may not be able to be detached.
Test Log 03:
Objective: Determine the inherent powers of SCP-XXXX-2 and the extent of control it has over SCP-XXXX-2-X. The SCP-XXXX-2 used in the experiment will be SCP-XXXX-2-4, the Security Personnel from the first test. Testing will begin by attempting to subtly control the Security member using SCP-XXXX-2-4.
Results: By fidgeting with the SCP-XXXX-2, they were able to control some minor movements from the Security Personnel. At one point Dr.[REDACTED] dropped the instance and the Security agent dropped to the floor and vomited while shouting profanities. Further x-rays revealed that he had broken several ribs. Further testing required.
Test Log 04:
Objective: Determine the creation pattern of SCP-XXXX-2 and have one made of a D-Class personnel. Using the instance of SCP-XXXX-2 created, perform mortally wounding behaviors upon it to determine accuracy of SCP-XXXX-2 to human scale.
Process: Introduce D-Class personnel and instruct the D-class to slap SCP-XXXX before immediately retracting him from the room. Wait for a unit of SCP-XXXX-2 to be generated.
Results: SCP-XXXX-2-5 of D-[REDACTED] was stabbed in several limbs which resulted in several large blade-like stab wounds to appear on the D-Class. The D-Class pleaded for his life and as an act of mercy, and for scientific certainty, Rahm ordered a security personnel to fire a round into the instance of SCP-XXXX-2. A large, almost one foot wide hole appeared on the D-Class in his mid-abdomen.
Test Log 05:
Objective: Although SCP-XXXX has been under Foundation watch for [REDACTED] years, it has never been perceived to reapply the paint seen on its body. SCP-XXXX's chamber will be filled with water and drained off after it has reached approximately half full.
Results: SCP-XXXX's body paint was washed away by the water, however it appeared to reappear moments after it dried. Notably, the body paint's exact features changed slightly, displaying more bones than were previously present.
Addendum 01: In an effort to keep SCP-XXXX happy, Cite Coordinator Rahm posted notice that SCP-XXXX would be allowed 4 hours of time outside every month.
Addendum 02: [See Incident Report 1.] SCP-XXXX is no longer allowed to be out during the week of a full moon as it appears to increase in power during this time. A three (3) foot tall metallic sheet should cover SCP-XXXX's chamber at all times to decrease the power growth caused by exposure to ambient moonlight.
Addendum 03: An instance of SCP-XXXX-2 was found of the Security Personnel involved in Test 01, as well as three (3) members of the Omega Squad responsible for her capture. It appears any personal information can be used to create an instance of SCP-XXXX-2. Any instance of SCP-XXXX-2 should be store in an oxygenated containment unit at a distance from SCP-XXXX's chamber.
Addendum 04: Former Site Coordinator Rahm was found dead with several anomalous slash wounds all over his body. SCP-XXXX's chamber must now be searched every two (2) weeks for any instances of SCP-XXXX-2.
Addendum 05: [See Incident Report 2.] Custodial staff are not as "anomaly" accustomed as Security Personnel and should not be present during searches and scrub downs of SCP-XXXX's chamber.
Addendum 06: Every staff member at Echo Site XXXX will now being receiving emails telling fake identities to be used during SCP-XXXX release times. Any persons found revealing personal information on site will be detained and [REDACTED].
Addendum 07: Two staff members with distinct tattoos on their forearms had instances of SCP-XXXX-2 made for them. Staff must wear clothes to cover such distinctive markings while on Site. This is not because management thinks it looks bad, it is for Site staff safety, [REDACTED].
Incident Report 1: The night of a full moon, SCP-XXXX was released for a four (4) hour period and after several anomalous actions, such as creating a thunderous wave of energy which left five (5) armed guards in comas, SCP-XXXX escaped for twelve (12) hours. During this time it went seven (7) miles south to [REDACTED]. It remained motionless under the water until approached but was anesthetized before it could attack again.
Incident Report 2: A member of custodial staff responsible for cleaning SCP-XXXX's chamber during a search found an instance of SCP-XXXX-2 representing himself. He fell to the ground in a panicked form and screamed about the inhumanity of this behavior. He ended up sobbing for several minutes and was escorted off of the Site for a psych evaluation, he is pending acceptance onto staff again.
