Special Containment Procedures: [Scp 18879 is to be put in a 20 by 20 inch room and no foundation members are to interact with anything in the room unless "It" is in the room. If any foundation members are found in the room they are to be terminated unless it is the 05 counsel. Any anomies found in the room is to be left alone unless Scp 18879 is in the area or you have permission from it or the 05 council]
Description: [Scp- 18000 is humanoid creature that is 5 '6 and has a unknown mass and can sprout black goo like hands. Scp 18879 also has a blank face mask that it writes that it was from a ████████ named ███ and is apart of the team known as ████ █████. Scp 18000 also wears a black green and red mixed jacket and has some unhuman like clothes. Scp 18000 also writes that he also hates liars so if anyone is found lying to it, the thing or person is incinerated and termated on the spot. The amount during testing shows that there are a unlimited amount of black goo hands that Scp 18000's able to produce and are equally as strong and have unlimited reach. The black goop from the hands have bin tested and it it shows that it isn't from earth and that this is a anomalies substance. Scp 18000 also seams to be highly intelligent and points out flaws in the foundation's structcher and some things that are classified. Scp 18000 is also able to open portals in space to unknown places by snapping its fingers together but chooses not to keep the portal's open for too long.
WARNING: Under no instance are you to touch Scp 18000's mask and remove it unless you have permition from the scp itself. If the 05 or other personnel is to tell you to talk off the mask, you are not aloud and must disobey this order. Failure to do so will result in the Scp going into a blind rage and blowing it's self up with enough force to kill everyone and destroy the site. This was found out the hard way by site ██.
First contact: [During a large scale contament breach involving scp 096, scp 173, and many other Keter and Euclid scps. a foundation member has looked at scp 096 and was running away and 096 was going to catch the foundation member, Scp 18879 appeared and grabbed them and told them to go to the evacuation site and held scp 096. As the foundation member ran away he saw Scp 18000 touching the face of Scp 096 and was giving it affection and 096 went into the docile state and covered 096's head and moved it away from the evacuation site. The personnel was given a special class C amnestic afterwards, created by scp 18000.
Scp 18000 was later discovered after it had contained all of the Scp's that had breached contament and was just siting and waiting for a foundation member to give him a room. After Scp 18000 walked into the room it then grabbed a clipboard from one of the passing personnel and wrote " I want to talk with the 05 counsel" and handed the clipboard back. After many failed tests trying to get Scp 18000 to talk, the foundation personnel finally told the 05 council about this. After many days of thinking the 05 council agreed to meet this scp.
