Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5250 is to be kept in a completely empty 5 by 5 by 5 meter room, with 2 armed MTF guards protecting the door. Cameras must be activated and checked every 10 minutes.
Description: SCP-5250 is a 0.5 by 0.5 by 0.5 meter cardboard box, with a label saying: "Tim-tim's cage." Nothing is in the box, however. It can, however, be used to contain SCPs smaller than the box, and is being used to contain anomalous objects and SCP pieces in order to study them further.

SCP-5250 has another anomalous property, in that when left completely alone with the lid open…a small creature appears. This has been confirmed through pressure sensors detecting movement when alone. This creature cannot be described, as when it's appearance is observed in any manner other than knowing it's there, it disappears. This could in theory be the Tim-tim described on the box. The longer it's left alone, however, the larger it grows. Once it was left alone for 2 hours, causing it to grow to enormous proportions, and even requiring the on-site nuclear warhead to be detonated, as now, it had a cthulu-esque effect on those observing it. The box, however, was left unharmed.
Permission to try destroying it? Denied. We are Secure. Contain. Protect. We are not the Destroy, Destroy, Destroy foundation. The box is to be heavily guarded from this incident forward, but it is not to be terminated.
