This scp is able to grant wishes of the dead, the two chairs in the scps cell are used for this one chair is for 45 and the other chair is for the ghosts (as he says) that seek him out.
not only does he grant wishes to ghosts, it grants wishes to anything thats died before such as a immortal D class that has died many times has many wishes built up from the scp.
this scp has no ill intent towards living humans tho it will sometimes get annoyed with dead humans requesting that the other chair be removed from his cell (this has to be done on request).
