SCP-XXXX looks much like a German-Styled ancient horn

Item: #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in its original holding chamber, in an underground tunnel in [REDACTED], Scandinavian peninsula.
Security Personnel must patrol the area around the SCP-XXXX's containment chamber daily, and security systems must be placed around the site perimeter, such as fences and security cameras. Any unauthorized personnel spotted within 500m around the site must be warned to leave. Security Personnel have a green light for termination if subject fails to comply.
SCP-XXXX is withheld from any kind of experimentation or close-up inspection. The containment chamber must be surrounded from all sides with reinforced steel, in addition to the entrance to the chamber be completely shut-off until further notice.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a medium-sized curved horn. Markings covered across the object suggests SCP-XXXX bears origins of old Norse, however this is still up to debate, as there are markings unfamiliar to our current understanding of the old Norse dialect. Linguistic department is tasked in studying the meaning of the text, currently revealing several of the lines marked on the uppermost and middle section of the object.
Translation of the runes reveal the following:

The old man dreamt (…) during the day of eternal starlight.
His dreams beckoned even the wildest of beasts (…)
by the songs of ancients drawing them in
his wish to be strong again, like his father
and his father before him
he awaits his arrival once more, to where he felt before
his horn by his side, he will play once more
and undo the harm of the evil (…) that put him to sleep
to save us from the (…) will (…) his music (…)
that wish to harm his brothers and sisters

[rest of the runes currently under translation process, however
strange symbols covering most of the object make the
task much more difficult to complete]

Reports by personnel in the vicinity of SCP-XXXX tell that they've heard singing originating from the object. The volume of the singing increased by every use of the horn, getting more powerful as the horn is more used.
The singing in question is performed by a male voice, followed by multiple female singing in the background. The singing is reported by the Foundation personnel as "beautiful", followed by more approving comments as well as the fact that they wanted to stay and listen to the song.

Dr. David Jaeger has made several hypothesis regarding SCP-XXXX, however the actual truth is still unfounded, based on the lack of hard-solid evidence.

Audio Log #XXXX-B12
Dr. David Jaeger, site-XXXX. After several attempts of trying to understand the meaning of the songs originating from SCP-XXXX, and after studying the translated text, I have reached the following hypothesis: SCP-XXXX belonged to a man, unknown origin - presumably Scandinavian, henceforth known as SCP-XXXX-1. The text suggest that SCP-XXXX-1's wish is to reunite with the horn, however the sound of a man in the song suggest that SCP-XXXX-1 actually is inside SCP-XXXX, and wants to get out. It is unknown what SCP-XXXX-1 would do if escapes the object, but the text suggest that he will "protect his brothers and sisters". What it is meant by that is unclear.

SCP-XXXX has shown several anomalous properties, few of them having highly dangerous effects in case of activity. One such anomaly revolves around the conventional use of a typical horn. If SCP-XXXX is blown into, it will drastically alter the entirety of its surrounding area. The effects vary, depending on the user's mental state.
In addition, SCP-XXXX could prove to be devastating if the object is given to a person with psychopathic or suicidal tendencies. The anomaly in question is currently up to debate as, on one popular theory, its effects are greatly depended on the user's personal wishes and his/her view of the world - be they negative or positive.

Several other anomalous properties held by SCP-XXXX were observed during experiments XXXX-A1 and XXXX-B1.

Addendum: There have been two instances of experiments performed on SCP-XXXX, when it was first discovered by the Foundation.

Test Log:XXXX-A1-The first user, subject D-8996, was known for her improving behavior during her stay with the Foundation. Subject was reported to be light-hearted and good mannered. D-8996 made a statement regarding the song originating from SCP-XXXX, describing it as "calming".
Upon using SCP-XXXX, all personnel in the vicinity of the experiment reported to feel genuine feelings of happiness.
Reports say that flora around the containment site developed rapidly, with numerous plants and flowers, which were developing at an exponential rate, spurring from the ground. SCP-XXXX started levitating mid-air for approximately 20 minutes, before it dropped on the ground, creating a burst of energy in the process. The energy in question was described by nearby personnel that it made their heart beat faster, and that they felt a sudden urge to cry out of joy.
The song originating from SCP-XXXX has increased in volume after the use.
Subject D-8996 was given class-C amnestics and was released few days after the experiment.

Test Log:XXXX-B1-The second user, subject D-9908, convicted for mass-murder, known for his short temper and his psychopatic tendencies, was ordered to blow into the object, twelve (12) hours after the first experiment.
SCP-XXXX [REDACTED] everything within a radius of ███ meters. The user, however, was unaffected by the object's anomalus effects. Numerous Foundation personnel, including all flora in the vicinity, were [REDACTED]. Surviving personnel immediately subdued D-9908, before he could do further damage. SCP-XXXX was found levitating for approximately 26 minutes after its use when it dropped on the ground, this time creating a powerful sound that damaged the eardrums of most of the personnel in its vicinity. The song further increased in volume after its second use, and further experimentation was postponed under the order from O5 council.
It should be noted that subject D-9908 tried to use the horn again, however nothing happened on the second usage. Subject, for attempted murder of numerous surviving personnel, was terminated.
