Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3482 is currently contained in Site-19, in a wooden box of 40cm x 10cm x 5cm. All personnel approaching object's container must never done anything that can harm public health.1
Description: SCP-3482 appears to be a necklace with a leaf-shaped gold attached to it, approximately 30 centimeters in length, and with an approximate weight of 2 grams. The gold of the object is ██ carats, and it draws the outline of a leaf's vein. SCP-3482 was discovered at a murder scene on the streets of █████, ██████, at ██/██/████. Object was found tied around the victim's neck, while the victim's neck became [DATA EXPUNGED]. The victim was strolling on the street, they accidentally dropped a wrinkled paper on the ground, then SCP-3482 flew from nowhere, and [DATA EXPUNGED] the victim. It has not yet been confirmed whether where SCP-3482 comes from, and who does SCP-3482 belongs to.

Subject: D-class personnel D-3918 and D-2819
Procedure: Both D-3918 and D-2819 were released into SCP-3482's containment room. SCP-3482 was exposed outside its box. SCP-3482 flew and strangle around D-3918's neck by itself. A few moments later, D-3918 was [DATA EXPUNGED] by SCP-3482. Later, SCP-3482 flew back to its original position. Last, D-2819 was brought out of SCP-3482's containment room unharmed.
Results: As Doctor ████ researched, we discovered that D-3918 once threw a piece of trash on the ground, and D-2819 never did anything like that.
Analysis: SCP-3482 only harm those who damaged public health.
