Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard containment unit at Site-64. Requests for access may be made to Site Director. Following Incident XXXX-5, only male subjects are to be utilized in experiments

Description: SCP-XXXX appears as a Philips Respironics System One CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) machine¹ SCP-XXXX requires standard power voltages as base model in order to function. Anomalous effects are not present until SCP-XXXX is both powered on and attached to subject via mask harness².

Approximately twenty (20) minutes³ after subject begins sleep patterns, subject begins to exhale opaque vapor into mask and harness, bypassing the exhaust valve on the mask. Removal of mask is not possible during this phase, and subject is likewise immune to any damage potentially caused by severe removal methods⁴. Subject remains undisturbed while vapor cycle runs. after one (1) hour of cycle, subject wakes up in a coughing fit, and is able to remove the mask.
