Special Containment Procedures: When the manifestation of SCP-XXXX happens, a containment chamber is to be built around it as soon as possible. The containment chamber mustn't have any openings and no personnel should be near it during the night. All instances of SCP-XXXX-1 are to be left alone. No personnel should stay at a distance of 10 meters or less from SCP-XXXX for longer than 30 minutes due to its anomalous properties. Any personnel that stays in the 15 meter area for longer than 30 minutes are to be transported to Site██-B, where they would be treated.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a phenomenon in which a bright yellow light/lights manifest on any kind of object (typically a tree or a rock). The manifestation of SCP-XXXX can only happen during the night.
The light has no source and cannot be turned off manually, touched or interacted with in any way. During the day, SCP-XXXX appears as thin, aluminum foil sheets, with their sizes varying. The aluminum foil sheets appear to be tied to the object in some way. They are harmless and can be interacted with, but no current method is able to completely remove them from the object. If the sheets are damaged they are able to "regenerate" in a 24 hour period.
SCP-XXXX's anomalous effects appear during the night (from 19:00-3:00) while SCP-XXXX is in its "light form". Any human or animal that is at a distance of 15 meters or less from it will begin to feel symptoms of extreme paranoia and anxiety, with the severity of the effects depending on the age and the mental state of the subject affected.
