Description: If a sentient being with [DATA EXPUNGED] and valid knowledge of at least one (1) "property" of SCP-4538 suspects a specific entity with a seemingly matching set of properties to be SCP-4538, the entity qualifies as an instance of SCP-4538-B.
When the sentient being first thinks about a perceived or suspected property of one of its associated instances of SCP-4538-B that SCP-4538 does not possess, SCP-4538 acquires that property. The being then takes on a random set of the current properties of SCP-4538, becoming an instance of SCP-4538-A.
The changes that occur as a part of this process are mostly instantaneous. According to [DATA EXPUNGED], SCP-4538 these changes have included alterations to the course of history on multiple occasions.
