Special containment procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept within a 3 m x 3 m x 2.5 m room and held in a locked glass case placed on a 1 m tall pedestal SCP-XXXX is to be kept within a 3 m x 3 m x 2.5 m room with heavily padded floors, walls, and ceiling, with a 2 m x 1 m viewing window on the west side. The door to SCP-XXXX is to be always manned by at least 1(one) armed guard. The door access requires Level-02 clearance. In the room SCP-XXXX is to always be kept on a 1 m tall enclosed pedestal that is similarly padded.
Description: Recovered from a liquor cabinet in T███████ U██████ and quickly moved to containment in Site-54, SCP-XXXX Appears to be a bottle of vodka, with the bottle itself in a style relating to some time in the 1800s, with thin layers of ash like residue on areas of the bottle. The bottle's label show picture depicting a Slavic male of extremely large build punching the face of a bear looking to be of the species, Ursus arctos collaris. Near the top of the label written in bold, capital text are the words "Muscle Man Vodka" which is presumed to be the brand name.
When a subject comes in visual contact SCP-XXXX with an unobstructed view, including through Glass or reading glasses, they are seen to fall into a trace before proceeding to pickup and take drink of the bottle. The subject then would place SCP-XXXX in its exact original position and proceed to fall unconscious. the subject will now be identified as SCP-XXXX-a. Any attempts made to get close to SCP-XXXX-a ended in the inability of moving closer than 3 meters towards SCP-XXXX-a or
SCP-XXXX. After an undermined amount of time once no personnel are viewing either SCP-XXXX or SCP-XXXX-a, in a way similar to the prerequisites to SCP-173's ability to move, SCP-XXXX will then disappear to an undetermined location. During the same instance as the movement of SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-a changes to become, in appearance, identical to the Slavic man depicted on the bottle's label. After the transformation and awakening of SCP-XXXX-a it will have total retrograde amnesia, while its mentality will become that of an impressionable child.
SCP-XXXX-a, While have lost all its memories, still possesses the ability of cognitive speech, being fluent in both Soviet era Russian, and English, While still possessing a think accent when speaking the latter. In a strength test SCP-XXXX-a was seen to posses muscular strength approximately 8(eight) times stronger than the average human male.
