I really wanna write an scp and I wanted some advice and some proofreading, here's my first attempt

SCP-4392 - A perfectly average man

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4394 is to be kept within a standard American style apartment, complete with all utilities, a living room, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. SCP-4394 may request to leave containment but must be closely tracked and escorted by personnel if granted.

Description: SCP-4394 is a perfectly average person 25-30 years of age. SCP-4394's appearance is different for everyone and changes based on the observer's interpretation of average, no matter how abstract that interpretation is. This anomalous effect will extend to any footage, with reports of SCP-4394's appearance changing mid-viewing if the viewer's thoughts or opinions on the footage change. If told beforehand that the footage is a clip from an action movie, viewers will report SCP-4394 as an attractive movie star or actor though they cannot identify who the actor is. Similarly, SCP-4394 will adapt its behavior to what is generally thought of average behavior by the people around them. This is observed to occur even if SCP-4394 is unaware of these thoughts. SCP-4394 will also consciously attempt to act like an average person, with an insatiable want to be considered normal. This seems to be a separate effect from the aforementioned behavioral changes.

Typically, upon any mention of SCP-4394's appearance, an argument will break out, this seems to be entirely out of a person being told their idea of what is average is incorrect and taking offense to that notion rather than an anomalous effect. Due to the severity of some of these arguments, a few resulting in physical violence, personnel have suggested this may be anomalous.

Personnel also reported feeling a greater deal of empathy towards SCP-4394, again thought to be due to SCP-4394 perfectly meeting their definition of average or normal. During one test involving personnel who had been reported to show or suggest some level of egotism, many reported SCP-4394 resembled or looked exactly like them.

SCP-4394 has previously expressed great interest in curing these anomalous effects, expressing that they are greatly disturbed by having them. While SCP-4394 still maintains wanting to find a cure, their time at the foundation has seemingly affected this, with requests being made less often and less urgently. This appears to be a result of personnel being so accustomed to anomalous effects from SCPs.

Addendum 4394-a: Upon recent experimentation, SCP-4394 has shown that even materials produced from it are affected, with blood samples changing based on the personnel testing the blood. During SCP-4394-E1-C SCP-4394's blood was used in a transfusion, changing to perfectly match the blood of the person receiving the transfusion. SCP-4394's blood and plasma are now to be regularly donated to hospitals and blood banks marked as type O negative.

Further expirimentation is currently pending approval.
