Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently housed in Site 17. The organism is to be contained in a 4 by 6 metre sealed room containing a life sized semi-automated human doll. It is to be fed two human eyes (usually the eyes of deceased D-class personnel) through the eye sockets of said human doll twice a week. Substitutes such as cow or pig eyes are accepted, although human eyes are preferred. Researchers entering the room are to wear goggles to protect their eyes from consumption. Any incident relating to eyes should immediately be reported to Level XXXX/3 staff.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid organism that resembles a middle aged Caucasian male. The organism is 177 centimetres tall and weighs 67 kilograms. In the place of eyes, mouths with a complete set of teeth and a fully functional tongue are located in its eye sockets. Similarly, a single functional eye is in the place where its mouth should be. The organism consumes only eyes for substance by engaging in a behaviour that resembles French kissing. Its tongues wrap around the victim's eyes and dislodge them from their respective sockets. The organism then proceeds to chew and swallow the eyes. Victims do not feel any pain. It is unknown if any side effects are present. Victims eventually take the form of SCP-XXXX and exhibit the organism's behaviours.

The life sized human doll contained in the organism's enclosure was designed by ███ ███████ to act as a human from which the organism may consume eyes. The doll takes the appearence of a slightly tanned female and is 163 centimetres tall, weighing 50 kilograms. The organism refuses to consume anything, even eyes, that is not in the eye sockets of a humanoid. Additionally, the doll allows for researchers to safely study the organism's consumption behaviours.

SCP-XXXX is unknown to be sapient or capable of communication, although on site psychologists and neurologists have determined some differences in brain structure, especially in the [REDACTED], that cause severe damage in intellect. Currently all it has said is Dr O████'s name repeatedly.

Addendum XXXX-1: Incident Report XXXX-01

On ██ September 20██, Dr O████ was assigned to study SCP-XXXX. When the doctor entered the room, the organism launched itself at her. Her goggles were not fastened tightly, so the attack caused the goggles to fall. Attempts to remove the organism prior to consumption failed. Aside from her lack of eyes, Dr O████ was not harmed significantly. She is exempt from her duties until studies prove she is able to work.

Addendum XXXX-2: On ██ October 20██, Dr O████ withdrew from her usual activities and lost her appetite. She has reported experiencing very painful headaches, but otherwise has begun to speak less and less and does not display interest in communicating with others. Further in depth testing is to be performed on Dr O████.

Addendum XXXX-3: 5 days later, Dr O████ attempted to consume the eyes of a security officer, who terminated the doctor. Further examination of the doctor reveals that she became an instance of SCP-XXXX. The security officer was terminated.
