DESCRIPTION: Only few people in the have seen the true form of SCP-4977. According to these people, SCP-4977 is a super-structure entity attached to two glowing red circle-shape with black dot, apparently 4977 eyes. While others say that it appearance may related to "something creppy". In the report log 213 from dr.█████, the first scientist who have contact with the entity during the First Campaign( F.C), one of the comment about it appearance is " the subject first interfere to the victim mind, seek for deepest fear or some of the worst experiences of that victim, then project it into brain's visual processing system, causing victim to see subject as their fear, and then repeat this process for a long amount of time till SCP-4977 connection with the victim mind get interrupted or interfere by other forced, that is the reason why some victim see the subject as something frightening, while others do not. SCP-4977 is also keen on choosing target to attack. In the First Campaign (F.C),4 personnel claiming to see something, but only 2 personnel was having hallucination including a members from the MTF and one scientist name █████ , after 30 minutes of tracking SCP-4977 at the local abandoned hospital in Russia, causing the whole campaign to be terminated for permanently, although all other personnel was feeling normal and did not see anything for the whole time. About this incident, researchers explain that, entity may only attack if their target having a violation record, such as criminal violation or serious healthcare record , like drug abuse . To know how SCP-4977 work, researchers divide it ability into different phases . In neutral phase, it will move around 1-1.5 meters per second, with a neutral behavior and fully-invisible . Plan: (according to the Council) searching the local abandon hospital. If the hospital is negative to SCP-4977 existent, return to extraction point immediately. Using the mobile entity containment capsule (MECC) to contain SCP-4977 if having any sight of entity itself. If the mission fall, the extraction point will no longer exist, We won't take any responsible for team action and any profile evolve to this mission will be eliminated

+2 of whole team member have got some Emotional and Psychological Trauma (EPT) including the protocol violation action of the main doctor
+The doctor equipment have some technical difficulty. The Doctor's mask have a leak,but Dr.█████ still engage to the basement, where was having a report of enrich nitrous oxide (N2O). This could be a explanation for the doctor protocol violation
