Special Containment Procedure: SCP-4251 is to be kept in a 15 ft x 15 ft x 15 ft containment cell at all times. The cell is to never be opened. Security cameras are mandatory in the cell to ensure SCP-4251's presence in the cell.
Description: SCP-4251 is a bipedal white cloth, material unknown. SCP-4251 is approximately 3 meters in height, and has been observed to be weightless. When observed through an X-ray imaging machine, there were no signs of organs or bones inside of SCP-4251. There are two (2) "legs" and one (1) "head" on SCP-4251. No torso is apparent on SCP-4251.
When exposed to a subject, SCP-4251 did not appear to behave out of the norm. The subjects reported feeling constrained by a rope when in SCP-4251's presence, but were still able to move. When instructed to directly interact with SCP-4251, subjects were extremely hesitant, despite it's harmless appearance. When coming in physical contact with SCP-4251, subjects had approximately
sixteen (16) annoseconds to react before SCP-4251 wrapped it's limbs around the subject's torso and squeezed with a force of 4448221.6 Newtons.
