Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX should be locked in a 4 m × 4 m × 3 m room with a lock. The room should be lead-lined and require both a security key and a combination lock to prevent unautorised access. It is suggested that there be guards by the door at all times to prevent any access to SCP-XXXX by malicious or curious visitors. In the event that the room has been broken into, guards are encouraged to terminate anyone responsible for the security breach.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a plastic trophy of a gold-like colour. It is about 50 cm tall and 20 cm wide. SCP-XXXX has a wood-coloured square base about 6 cm tall with a metallic label, measuring 18 cm wide and 4 cm tall, as well as a gold-coloured cup of a paraboloid shape.
When the cup is touched using a human finger, a pricking sensation is felt and the cup fills with blood. Testing has concluded that the owner of the finger loses some blood in the process and that it is indeed their blood that gets transferred to the cup, though the mechanism which causes blood to be moved to the cup is unclear as there are no visible cuts on the finger. When this process occurs, the name of the person who touched the cup is printed onto the label on the base in a 12-point serif font identified to be Times New Roman.
