Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a plain room on a pedestal, and is to be stored inside of a glass box, that can be easily be lifted. Once entry is approved, most staff members are allowed entry into the containment cell. It is to share a room with it's respective console, and a ███████ television, for testing purposes. All subjects used for testing will be dubbed SCP-XXXX-B. When testing, 3 Class-D personnel will be in the room, and one will continue to play the game, while the others wait. After a specified ammount of time, one of the Class-D's will be instructed to shut the console off. The results will be recorded in a different file, which will be opened at a later date, and casualties are to be redcorded on this file.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a ordinary copy of the game ████████, that comes with cosmetic items that players can use in-game, as well as 1000 of the in-game currency. These items are shown on the case, along with the title of the game. Although seeming ordinary at first, if the disk is put into the corresponding console, the subject/player experience effects. After playing from a time ranging from 20 minutes, to 1 hour, stage 1 will begin. At stage 1, the subject/player will begin being reluctant to shut the system down, and stop playing. The subject/player can, however, still be convinced to shut the system off, either by force, or basic needs such as eating, and using the restroom. At stage 2, starting after a period of time that has been shown to be completely random, the same effects will be active, but the subject/player will be aggressive if asked to shut down the console. They can still be forced to shut down the console. Stage 3 will happen 10 to 20 minutes after stage 2. In this stage the subject/player will be unable to be forced to shut down the console, will assault all humans that try to shut off the console, and can only be forced to shut off the console by basic needs. The final stage, stage 4, can and most likely will cause the subject/player to die, as they will now never shut off the console, and all humans that attempt to shut off the console directly will be given a intense glare, and if the console is shut off, the subject/player will go into a episode of mania, attacking and even murdering humans inside of the room. They will only be stopped if the power is terminated, resulting in the game shutting off. The console can be shut off, but will result in the mania episode mentioned above. If not stopped, the subject/player will die of starvation, or dehydration.
Addendum: The retail game has a similar effect, but on a extremely smaller scale.

Dr. █████: [Would you mind telling me what happened when you played that game?]
SCP-XXXX-B: [Well, er… (Pauses) I was playing ████████ like I do a lot, and I felt, well… weird.]Dr. █████: [Could you please elaborate on that?]
SCP-XXXX-B: [Excuse me?]
Dr. █████: [Er… explain that more thoroughly…]
SCP-XXXX-B: [Oh… Well, I felt angry most of the time, and when someone tried to turn the ████ off, I blacked out and woke up in me cell.]
Dr. █████: [According to my file reporting the results of the test, you severely injured a Class-D personnel and killed the second. Do you have any memories of this?]
(After hearing of this news, SCP-XXXX-D is shocked, and this results in myocardial infarction1)

Casualties caused:
December 23, 2018: During testing two Class-D personnel were injured by an instance of SCP-XXXX-B. The injuries were minor.
April 9, 2019: A Class-D personnel refused to shut off the console, and when trying to forcibly remove the Class-D, he injured a member of staff. The injuries were minor.
January 21, 2020: While testing to see if intelligence remained during the mania episodes, by leaving a small knife within the cell, two Class-D personnel were repeatedly stabbed by an instance of SCP-XXXX-B. The injuries were major.
March 21, 2020: One Class-D personnel was injured, and the other was killed by an instance of SCP-XXXX-B. When SCP-XXXX-B awoke, when hearing what he had done, he also had a case of myocardial infarction.
Note: It has been found when SCP-XXXX-B comes into contact a retail copy of ████████ they will go an episode of mania similar to when shutting off the console in stage 4. For this reason, all instances of SCP-XXXX-D must be terminated any way deemed necessary.
