DESCRIPTION
SCP-5778 is an abandoned building that is a Euclid Class object. The building itself is SCP-5778-1, which resembles an abandoned mental asylum in the middle of the woods. The Location is Classified. SCP-5778-1 will lure people inside and they will start slowly mentally breaking down until they become insane. these people have about 8 minutes to get out before they become SCP-5778-2. SCP-5778-2 are mentally insane humans, and are hostile towards anything else (aside from other SCP-5778-2) inside of SCP-5778-1. During the night SCP-5778-2 will start sprinting around the building screaming at a disturbing volume. During the day SCP-5778-2 will remain dormant inside the building likely huddling in a corner. In this stage, SCP-5778-2 are not hostile towards lifeforms, and will remain still unless provoked. Since they are dormant in this stage, this suggest that the behavior at night means they may scared of the dark, however this is not confirmed. SCP-5778-2 do not need to eat, sleep, or drink whatsoever. The cause of this is unknown. SCP-5778-2 will slowly start turning into 8 foot tall monsters with completely white skin, with proportionally long arms, and razor sharp teeth a few hours after a human enters SCP-5778-1. SCP-5778-2 will not die unless physically killed. However, their numbers never seem to dwindle, suggesting when an SCP-5778-2 dies, another is somehow created, although this is not confirmed, as the only known way of an SCP-5778-2's creation, is a human entering SCP-5778-1.
CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES
There are always at least 10 personnel at all times guarding SCP-5778, due to the fact that the SCP-5778-2 don't usually go outside of SCP-5778-1, unless chasing a organism, BUT will come outside at times if they sense little groups of lifeforms near, as it is thought the reason for this is smaller groups are easier to take down than big groups, meaning they will not attack a large group, unless inside SCP-5778-1, however this is not confirmed. The Area and Location of SCP-5778 is classified, and all personnel are blindfolded during the transport process. Any attempt to remove said blindfold will result in immediate termination. All personnel assigned to SCP-5778 are required to get psychological counseling after their assignment is over.
INTERESTING FACTS
There are no known records of SCP-5778-1 being built, or being in operation. You cannot send any sort of electronic device inside of SCP-5778-1, as it will just lose power immediately, the cause of this is unknown.
