Description: SCP-5138 is an old-fashioned pocket watch comprised of living human tissue. Discovered by Dr.Gears and Dr.██████ on 19/9/20██ SCP-5138 was a vintage styled pocket watch that was placed into the input booth of SCP-914 see (SCP-914 document) with the setting set to “rough” after SCP-914 completed its “refining” process, SCP-5138 was found in SCP-914’s output booth see (Incident log 914-█4). SCP-5138 is a non-sentient object/“lifeform” excluding its ability to heal itself. SCP-5138 is an info based Cognitohazerd within a 5 meter boundary (26.3 ft) of open space. While it’s deactivated it’s cognitohazard effects are suspended till completed formation of SCP-5138 instantses. When within its boundary any thoughts regarding “time” cause a sudden urge to seek out SCP-5138 to activate it. More information in (Test log 5138-A). Although SCP-5138’s flesh is alive, SCP-5138 requires no nutritional intake and does not produce waste unless activated.
