Special Containment Procedures: MTF Theta-40 "Heartbreakers" is to monitor online advertisements for clinical trails in major American cities and CCTV footage said cities for signs of SCP-XXXX manifestations.
When a manifestation is confirmed, MTF Theta-40, along with several approved D-Class are to be deployed to located instance of SCP-XXXX and prevent or disrupt civilian interaction with SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1 (See Addendum XXXX-1)
If disruption fails and one or more instances of SCP-XXXX-3 are produced, they are to be recovered for containment at Site-██, with all possible witnesses amnesticized and a probably cover story proving the death of the individual(s) is to be put in place.
One Two Seven Sixteen ████ instances of SCP-XXXX-3 are currently held at Site-██ in standard humanoid containment cells.
Foundation personal imbedded within the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) are to reject all applications for SCP-XXXX-2 to be approved as an over the counter drug.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an anomalous event that materializes in major cities in the continental United States of America in the form of a clinical trail for an experimental drug, hereby referred to as SCP-XXXX-2. SCP-XXXX always materializes in actively populated areas in these major cities in clinics and hospitals. Advertisements for SCP-XXXX will occur shortly before manifestation, alongside advertisements for other clinical trails occurring in the same area as SCP-XXXX. The advertisements themselves show no anomalous properties, and thus, all people who participate in SCP-XXXX do so of their own volition.
The location of an SCP-XXXX manifestation shows no anomalous properties. After an unknown amount of time, an unknown female voice over a PA system will call the name of a person present in the waiting room, including people who did not sign up for the clinical trail. Upon hearing this announcement, that person, hereby referred to as the subject, will be compelled to enter into the next room, the subject will resist all attempts at preventing them from doing so, to the point of becoming violent. When the subject enters the next room, they will be greeted by SCP-XXXX-1.
SCP-XXXX-1 is a Caucasian male in their mid 30's wearing a standard pharmacists uniform with the addition of a surgeons cap. SCP-XXXX-1's appearance is identical to that of Robert Hughes, who was reported missing on February 14th,████ and later declared dead.
SCP-XXXX-2 is pink and red pill which, when consumed by a subject, will cause them to experience euphoria, followed by severe head pain. After several minutes, the subjects head, specifically the area covered by the parietal bone, will violently explode and an instance of SCP-XXXX-3B will emerge. The subject will remain alive after the process and will continue to function as normal, aside from the effects brought on by SCP-XXXX-3B.
SCP-XXXX-3 refers collectively to the former subject, hereby referred to as SCP-XXXX-3A, and the entity produced through the consumption of SCP-XXXX-2, hereby referred to as SCP-XXXX-3B. SCP-XXXX-3A
