Special Containment Procedures: SCP -XXXX must be kept in a room away from direct sunlight, if it comes in contact with direct sunlight then SCP - XXXX starts to melt into golden-colored liquid within 70 seconds. it takes 6 hours to 48 hours of pitch-black darkness to turn back into the key.

Description: SCP - XXXX is a shiny key made of golden substance . of 4 inches in length and has only one 1 cm long bit.the substance is found to be gold. the bow of a 3cm radius of SCP - XXXX does not have a hole, rather it has an engraving of lotus
and a 5mm radius circle with "ॐ" (om) in the center. the golden key was in possession of a king in the Indian subcontinent region till the 1860s. later was taken by some British Officers and on 26 Apr 1986 it came into possession of the foundation

When SCP - XXXX is inserted into any keyhole of any door it reshapes perfectly to fit inside the keyhole. and the door opens automatically. the door then shows a dark hallway to a light source in the end. the other side of the door remains shut and can't open, cut, or destroyed until it is open from the other side. the hallway looks to be 200 to 250 meters long of black in color. any electronic device used to look inside the door or taken inside starts to glitch or shuts down within 10 sec. when the test subject enters the hallway it only takes 50 meters of a walk to complete the entire hallway.

Upon walking through the hallway test subject disappear from sight. the subject describes that in the end there is a white cubical hall of approx 30 meters each side covered in snow. the subject doesn't have any items previously owned while entering. clothes,body-hair, tattoo, glasses, genitalia, and other physical deformities seize to exist. there is a being in the center of the hall SCP - XXXX -1 "The monk" floating in air 15 meters above in the hall in a meditating pose. monk is draped in red-colored cloth. monk comes down to 2 meters, it is a dark-colored human of 1-meter hight with long gray hair .the monk opens its eyes, asks for aksing a question. after asking the question subject exit the hall into the hallway with all he entered with and have no memory of coming out or its answer. very second subject exits the hallway the door slams. SCP - XXXX melt into a golden liquid in the next 45 sec. the subject will suffer through a major headache for one hour and have all the knowledge about that question & its answer for 48 hours. after 48 hours subject will go brain dead.

Addendum:SCP - XXXX will not work until the locking system is a part of door.
if the locking mechanism is a computer or password system then it changes into a card of the dimension 15 x 10 cm and will display accurate commands or numbers to open gates.
the process of SCP - XXXX turning back into key form can not be observed with any method this will pause the process until the observing device is being removed.
The hallway to be only entered between sunrise to sunset of the geographic location . after sunset if entered will result in the death of test subject, nothing to be found of the subject.
the subject is strictly prohibited to ask any question about SCP - XXXX or SCP - XXXX -1,or try to hurt SCP - XXXX - 1 as that will not follow usual process and the subject will go braindead after one hour of severe headache.
