Special Containment Procedures:** SCP-5085 must be guarded by 2 security personnel with welding masks at all times. If SCP-5085 is opened by any force, security personnel must fire upon any entities entering or exiting SCP-5085. Any personnel entering or exiting is considered, SCP-5085-1, and must be terminated. The bodies of SCP-5085-1 must be burned, the ashes must be transported far away from SCP-5085 because of SCP-5085-1’s regenerative abilities in a 100ft radius of SCP-5085.
Description:** SCP-5085 is a nearly indestructible metal pyramid 1 foot in height located in ███████ Kentucky. Upon opening SCP-5085 will emit a beam of light reaching approximately 10,000 feet into the sky. Looking at SCP-5085’s beam without the proper equipment will cause permanent blindness, and will turn said personnel into an instance of SCP-5085-1. SCP-5085-1 will blindly step towards SCP-5085 attempting to enter the beam. If SCP-5085-1 successfully enters SCP-5085, a shockwave will occur destroying all living organisms in a 100ft radius leaving the ground completely untouched.
Addendum:** █ incidents of SCP-5085-1 reaching SCP-5085 have been recorded, █ of which have been security personnel. Entering SCP-5085 with a welding mask seems to be teleported to a small room made out of concrete with no ceiling. Climbing the walls of SCP-5085 lead you to more concrete rooms containing SCP-5085-1. It is currently know of what SCP-5085 uses SCP-5085-1 for. Removing the welding mask will remove you from SCP-5085’s dimension. The welding mask used for entering SCP-5085 must be destroyed using [REDACTED].
