Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6343 is to be contained within a standard humanoid containment cell, with black painted walls and CCTV cameras in each corner. SCP-6343’s containment cell must be thoroughly cleaned once every two weeks in order to keep SCP-6343’s sanity in check. When cleaning SCP-6343’s containment cell there must be three fully armed clearance level three guards, one of which will clean the Cell. SCP-6343’s Endorphin levels are to be monitored at all times. Lastly, SCP-6343 is to be provided with exercise equipment, (i.e. Treadmill, Elliptical, Weight-Bench, etc.)
Description: SCP-6343 is currently located at site-[REDACTED], and can take the appearance of any soldier from any country, and from any time period and be able to fluently speak whatever language required. However no matter what era, or country, all forms will suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). SCP-6343 must exercise daily in order to keep Endorphin levels high and improve SCP-6343’s mood. When SCP-6343’s Endorphin levels drop low enough, or stress levels are high enough, it will drop into a pseudo flashback state where in SCP-6343 will attempt to escape containment, most likely a hallucination caused by SCP-6343’s PTSD. During this hallucination event SCP-6343 will have access to telekinetic abilities. The function of the abilities in unknown other than to “escape” from its enemies. Scp-6343 does not have access to these metaphysical abilities other than during one of these episodes. SCP-6343 is docile unless attacked, or during a hallucination event. SCP-6343 was located on [REDACTED]/[REDACTED]/2012, after reports of SCP-6343 “moving stuff with his brain” made by Carson [REDACTED] in [REDACTED], Texas. MTF Pi-1 ("City Slickers") were deployed to the area where SCP-6343 was reported and administered Carfentanil via tranquilizer gun at the scene. SCP-6343 suffers from frequent nightmares and subsequently was prescribed anti-depressent, and anti-psychotic medication. SCP-6343 is capable of legible speech and communicates frequently with guards. SCP-6343 Personally requested his walls be painted black because the grey of the containment cell was too much of a reminder of “the incident”, and made it hard for him to sleep. Knowledge of "the incident" is unknown, and SCP-6343 refuses to speak of it. SCP-6343 also frequently goes on tirades about war and battles he's supposedly been a part of.

Name: Dr. Reynolds, with RSR Jackson, assisting

Procedure: SCP-6343’s Endorphin levels were purposely lowered in order to experiment with his telekinetic abilities. A steel cage was lowered onto an unconscious SCP-6343 and bolted to the ground. SCP-6343 was then woken up by means of adrenaline shot and was visibly worked up.

Dr. Reynolds (over intercom): “Can you hear me Lieutenant?”
SCP-6343: “Help me we need to get out of here!”
Dr. Reynolds (over intercom): “Lieutenant everything is alright, where do you think you are?”
SCP-6343: “What do you mean, we’re in the damn commie’s camp where else would we be?”
Dr. Reynolds (over intercom): “What ‘commies’ Lieutenant?”
SCP-6343: “---”
Dr. Reynolds (over intercom): “Lieutenant?”
*A large crash can be heard in the background and RSR Jackson stops the recording.*
From this point forward Dr. Reynolds instructs SO Wilson to once again tranquilize SCP-6343

Dr. Reynolds and SOs Johnson, and Reeves are Interviewing SCP-6343
Dr. Reynolds: “Lieutenant why do you choose to change your form, seemingly at random?”
SCP-6343 (In a thick southern accent that was not apparent before): “Frankly doctor, I don’t understand what you mean, I get y'all are just tryin to help me out but I just don’t know why.”
Dr. Reynolds: “Lieutenant right now you seem to be taking the form of a Confederate soldier, when a month ago you appeared to us as a soldier from the Vietnam era, can you explain this?”
SCP-6343: “I just told you doctor, I DO NOT KNOW!”
SO Reeves: “Doctor, Endorphin levels have decreased tenfold and stress levels have spiked exponentially”
Dr. Reynolds: “Reeves cut the recording, Johnson administer a Class A Amnistetic, and Midazolam and return him to his holding cell.”

Dr. Reynolds’s final analysis: SCP-6343 requires very heavy monitoring to keep it’s Endorphin levels at, or above, standard. I recommend that SCP-6343 be given Object Class Euclid, because even with monitoring SCP-6343 can still be provoked to anger.
