SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCDURES:scp-5000 is to be sealed in a two locked door cell. If any body comes in contact with scp-5000 they are to be examined by doctor jack if doctor jack is not available or deceased then the subject will be seen by doctor[redacted] this scp is to be contained in a 6x6x6 room.
DEBRIFING:scp-5000 was a scp obtained by MTF forces found in a deceased family house the phone was sitting in the middle of a dinner table playing a low buzz tune after it was bagged and returned. the staff and MTF that came in contact with the low buzz died in a matter of 2 hours. so far there is nothing to stop the buzz. The only data so far on the phone was in the photos it was showing all the dead d-class and MTF and scientist and family's. There is no actual evidence of how their photos were on their because they did not take them.
ADENDUM:[doctor Harold] we need to go into farther tests with this scp.
ADENDUM:[doctor snark] there will be no other tests on scp-5000 until we find out how to stop the low ear piercing noise we have at least have killed 200 d class thanks to you.
