Item #: SCP-6407, A.K.A. Your Turn.
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: It is quite easy to contain this specimen, since all it requires is a door to be locked behind.
Description: SCP-6407 is an old computer. When it is encountered, the computer will entice the nearest person to use it. When turned on, it will make a loud noise before asking the user's name. After entering a name, the computer screen will change to the home screen. The only app that will appear is a video game simply titled: "Your Turn To Die, A Death Game By Majority Vote." It is a retro-styled RPG game, with the task of survival. When playing this game for an extended amount of time, no shorter than 5 hours, the player will die if their side were to lose in a majority vote. The specimen's class was originally classified safe until an incident named "We Choose Our Fate" occured.
Addendum: Incident WCOF
The date is December 23, 2013. SCP-6407 is locked inside it's containment cell. One of our scientists had entered and began playing the game for a prolonged amount of time. When asked why, he said it was because he wanted to learn more about SCP-6407. After returning from the containment cell, he went back to his normal work. On December 26, the same scientist mysteriously died for no apparent reason. A few seconds after his death, everyone within 6 feet of his corpse experienced severe pain in their ears. Everyone affected said all they heard in the moment was "It was his turn," and they mentioned that the voice had said this in sync with the music in the game contained inside SCP-6407. What makes this incident stranger is the fact that the deceased scientist was in a situation of a majority vote, and the side he chose lost. After this incident, SCP-6407 is to be guarded at all times, and no one is allowed to enter.
