Containment procedures: SCP 001 is to be videotaped at all times Description: SCP 001 is a piece of paper with the following text written on it: "SCP 001 Is true but also false " , SCP 001 can disappear at any time ,the current properties of how it can do that are unknown .While SCP 001 has disappeared none are able to remember such events as occurring, how this data has been noted down is also unknown.
Addendum : Researcher [REDACTED] noticed a time discrepancy between the year 1980 and the year 2001 about the discovery of SCP 001 and other parts of the noted data, this confirms the theory that 001 does not [DATA REDACTED] ,while also making it possible that this data could be modified in the future by SCP 001, this issue can be solved by having multiple copies of the data.
Additional Information : SCP 001 has been discovered in an unknown year, none of the 05 member have any memory about the date of discovery, but they do not seem to have been affected by any memetic agents or amnestics.
