Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a sphere with a surface area of twelve (12) cubic meters made of steel constantly suspended with electromagnets. The sphere is to be filled with liquid helium and have sedatives injected every thirty (30) minutes. The sphere which SCP-XXXX is contained in is to be inside a room also lined with steel and kept at a constant temperature of 27 C°. SCP-XXXXs sphere is to be drained and opened every four (4) hours to allow movement and testing for only two (2) hours.
If SCP-XXXX is kept out of the sphere for over two (2) hours site personnel are to start procedure 303 Zitto (See Addendum XXXX-A). Class D personnel are to inspect the containment cell daily if signs of frost are detected on the sphere or walls of the cell are seen site personnel are to be notified promptly. If SCP-XXX breaches containment site security is to carry out procedure 303 Zitto-2 and immediately sedated on sight, in the event of a breach all doors leading to other zones are to be locked down and reinforced.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a humanoid male with no genitalia or facial features standing at about approximately 1.9m tall. Despite having no facial features SCP-XXXX is still capable of speech through currently unknown methods. SCP-XXXX wears a brown trench coat and homburg hat both having no label of branding, tests to remove these have been proven almost impossible. SCP-XXXX is capable of freezing objects it touches with its hands, objects frozen by this method burst into SCP-XXXX-1 (Appears to be a white mist that spreads quickly around a room.) after about twenty (20) seconds.
SCP-4107-1 freezes any inanimate objects it comes into contact with, objects froze in this manner also burst into SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1's effect on animate objects differs from inanimate objects, animate objects that come into contact with SCP-XXXX-1 are spatially displaced for a period of around three
(3) to four(4) hours. Subjects that return from displacement are always deceased, bodies of returning subjects are frozen through completely their chest having a carving in the ice in the shape of a lotus flower.
Subjects' bodies reanimate after approximately fifteen (15) minutes, these instances are designated SCP-XXXX-2. Instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are relatively docile if left unapproached when instances of SCP-XXXX-2 make contact with a living organism they will attempt to grab them. If instances of SCP-4107-2 do take hold of a living organism it will slowly freeze over and assimilate increasing the mass of the instance. After instances of SCP-XXXX-2 grow to a height of about three (3) meters instances will begin to shape their hands into a pointed edge and start to try and get to a body of water breaking through obstacles that are in their path with their hands, including organisms. No incident has occurred where instances of SCP-XXXX-2 reach a body of water.
Instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are very resistant to heat the only current known way of neutralizing instances is shattering them with extreme blunt force. Reconnaissance of SCP-XXXX-1 have proven successful, subjects are placed in grassland with a light layer of fog and a large hill with a stone path that leads up to a structure appearing to date back to 16th-century castles. The path leading to the structure gets progressively more covered with snow and ice. Subjects appear to be drawn towards the structure on the hill only taking focus on the path. When subjects reach the top of the hill all contact is lost for unknown reasons causing surveillance of the inside of the structure to be impossible (See Addendum XXXX- B). The average time for subjects to reach the top of the hill is about thirty (30) minutes.
