SCP-3519

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3519 is to be kept in a steel box approximately 10' by 12'. Permission to enter SCP-3519's containment room must be approved by a 2/3 vote from O5 Command. No one under Class B may enter SCP-3519's containment room.

Description: SCP-3519 is a white mug approximately 4.5 inches in diameter and 7 inches in height. SCP-3519 has the letters ''San Francisco'' on it in bold letters. SCP-3519 is indestructible to all weapons and other forms of destruction (acids, radiation, etc.)known to man. Liquids can be poured into SCP-3519 and removed just like any other cup.
At certain times a month, usually twice a month on random days, SCP-3519-2 will appear in SCP-3519. SCP-3519-2 is a surgical scalpel approximately 4 inches long with a 1/2 inch blade. SCP-3519-2 can cut through any material known to man except SCP-3519 itself with as much force as cutting an apple with a normal knife. SCP-3519-2 is indestructible as well, although scratches have appeared on the blade when used against SCP-3519. SCP-3519-2 can only be found inside of SCP-3519 when no personnel are keeping a line of sight, and all camera's recording SCP-3519 are turned off. After line of sight is restored, SCP-3519-2 will appear. If line of sight is kept during the whole month, SCP-3519-2 will not appear.
Any projectile fired at SCP-3519 will disintegrate on impact as shown by high speed cameras, unless the projectile is can fit into SCP-3519 itself. If the projectile can fit into SCP-3519, then it will bounce off at the same speed and at an angle adjacent to where it was fired.
